At his home on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the age of 39 years. Loving father of Matthew Dale. Husband of Aura Lee Dale. Dear step-father of Katheryne and Christyne. Son of Rickey and Margo Dale and Linda Laroue. Brother of; Michele Dale (Chad Hill), Jennifer Dale (Mike Thompson), Mike Dale Jr. and Monica Dale (David Lucente). Grandson of Noreen and the late Evan Dale and the late John and Georgette Laroue. Son-in-law of Frances and Douglas Glover. Brother-in-law of; John Glover (Lori), Suzanne Coccimiglio (Lou) and Shelley Glover (Spanky Robinson). Mike will be fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday February 29, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Bruce McLeish officiating. Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital with her boys at her side on Sunday February 24, 2008 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Werner Schmidt. Dear mother of Norman Schmidt (Heather) of Oshawa and Fred Schmidt of Sault Ste. Marie. Caring Oma of Michael and Matthew. Daughter of the late Leonhard and Margarete Bogel. Sister of; late Georg Bogel (late Mary) and Helga Schleier (Manfred). Aunt and Godmother of Renate Hammerl (late Manfred) and their children, also special aunt of Irmgard Bogel (Dietmar) and Gabi Fischer (Martin) and their children. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Funeral Service at Zion Lutheran Church (189 Upton Road) on Saturday March 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jouko Jyrkama officiating. Cremation. Memorial donations made to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) or to Zion Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. D. Sister of Kathy Willison (Ray), Lillian Trevett (Mark), Gary Bernard (Pam), Blanche Bernard (Lee), Nancy Bernard (Louis), Alphonse Bernard, Betty Bernard (late Richard). Dear sister in law of Eleanor Tanner (Ross), Douglas Stone (Cora), David Stone, Brian Stone, Tina Helf (Dan) and Sandra Rivers. Predeceased by her parents Antoine and Lula Belle Bernard and her in laws William and Iris Stone. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Best friend of Sherry and Rachelle. Loving grandmother of Tim and Tony Schoahs, Wendy Wilson, Sarah and Matthew Bertolo. Great grandmother of 5. Dear sister of Edna Bennett (late Merlin), Betty Ouellette (Gerard) and John Morton (Noreen). Sister in law of Rita Bertolo. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Karen was mercifully taken by our Lord to be reunited with her beloved husband Roger and our Heavenly Father. Adored mom of Jody Draycott-Lee (Tom Lee) and Kerri Mortimore (Dave). Step-mother of Mark Draycott and Lesley Draycott-Dodge (Richard). Treasured Nanny of Brianna, Meghan, Spencer, Tyler, Shannon and Abigail. Special Grandma of Brian, Jason, Tristan, Victoria, Brittany and Gage. Loved Godmother of Kristen Moore and Shannon Chlebus. Dear daughter of the late John and Madeline Chlebus. Cherished sister of Michael Chlebus (Patti), Diane Lariviere (Gerry), Terry Moore (Randy), Brian Chlebus (Janet) and David Chlebus (Valerie). Karen will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues at the Sault Area Hospitals. She will be especially missed by her best friends Ida Palumbo and Maxine Belanger. passed away peacefully in her 97th year at the F.J. Davey Home with family by her side on Saturday, February 23, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Harry P. Waite in 1982. Viola is survived by her children Llewellyn (Lindy) friend Ann, Wayne (Marguerite), Trevor (Elizabeth), Juanita Curran (Paul), Rhoda Slagel, and daughter-in-law Jeannette. Viola was the first born child of the late Penman and Edith Dool. She is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Loving sister of the late Nora and Everett Johnson, Elgantine Cudlipp (late Raymond), late Penman and Violet, late Stanley (Norma), late Sidney (Donna), late Luella and Roy Pitcher, Lloyd (late Peggy, late Hellen), Iris Chalmers (late George), Clayton (Kay, late Millie), Leslie (late Arlene) and Donald (late Shirley). Viola will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews with whom she shared her life. A private family service was held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Donations to ARCH, SAH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
