Campbell, Elaine Darlene

passed away on Thursday February 22, 2007 after a valiant battle with breast cancer, at the age of 48. Cherished companion to Richard Campbell. Loving mother to Kevin and Colin. Elaine will be fondly remembered by siblings Marion (Nick), Lynda (Peter), Michael and Rick, and forever missed by nieces and nephews Jennifer, Christina, Stephanie, Annecy, Grace, Trent and Scotty. She is survived by devoted mother Ann Darchuk. The family would like to extend their thanks to Dr. Eisen for his extended care and compassion, as well as the Oncology Department and the staff on 3C at Sunnybrook Hospital for their Tremendous efforts.

Big E, we will miss you.

The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax) 905-428-8488 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Sunday. Funeral mass to be held at St. Isaac Jogues Roman Catholic Church (1148 Finch Ave., Pickering) on Monday February 26, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Interment - Meadowvale Cemetery. Bill passed away with his family by his side on November 12, 2006 in his 76th year. Loving husband to Mary for 41 years. Dear father to Kim (James), and Michelle (Tim). Brother to Jacqui Rabjohn (Roy) and predeceased by Carter (June). Predeceased by his parents Grace and Reginald Jarman. Caring grandfather to Casey, Orisa, Lexin, Quinn, Charlotte, Jordan and Brandon. Bill will be missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue, Midland on Friday November 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 18th at the Oakwood Community Centre, Park Street, Victoria Harbour at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to Osteogenesis Imperfecta Research (contact funeral home for more information) or St. John's United Church, Victoria Harbour would be appreciated.

Dear mother of David Bosanac, Rita Groves and her husband Donald, and Suzanne Bosanac. Loving grandmother of Timothy, James, Margaret Ann and Steven. Great grandmother of Nathan, Nicholas, Amber, David and Nicole. Cherished sister of Isabelle, Margaret, Henry, and the late Julia, Edward, Armand, Clara and Lawrence. Resting at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue on Friday November 17th from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday November 18th at 2 p.m. (visitation one hour prior). Dear mother of Wayne Robinson and his wife Wanda. Loving grandmother of Leanne Playne and her husband Mike, and Angela Roe and her husband Mike. Great grandmother of Ashley Recollect, Konnor Roe and Justin Roe. Cherished sister of Lillian Buckingham, Mary Craig, Shirley LePage and the late James, Ronald and Albert Parkinson. Resting at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue, Midland on Monday, November 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, November 28th at 1 p.m. Interment at St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery. passed away peacefully at home on Saturday December 2, 2006 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Whitehead. Loving mother of Darleen (Jules Asselin), and the late David Carson, Mary Whitehead, Robert Whitehead and Bill Whitehead. Cherished grandmother of 11, and great grandmother of 8. Friends were received at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Tuesday December 5th from 1-3 p.m. with a Legion service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Spring interment at Waubaushene Legion Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

passed away ay the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Thursday January 25th, 2007. Fred Jackson of Barrie formerly of Midland, in his 43rd year. Beloved husband of Sharon Jackson. Dear father of Melissa. Son of the late Fred Jackson Sr. and Joanne Jackson. Brother of Steven Jackson and the late Richard and Kenneth Jackson. Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws as well as his numerous friends and his church family. The family will receive friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Monday January 29th from 7-9 p.m., then to the Christian Island United Church on Tuesday January 30th from 2 p.m. until time of funeral mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, Christian Island on Wednesday January 31st at 11 a.m. Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Christian Island. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jackson family for funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated.

Gordon Clay of Waubaushene, formerly of Toronto, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 65 years to Ruth Clay (Waite). Dear father of Brenda and her husband Larry Duffy of Waubaushene. Grandfather (Poppy) of Chaundra and her husband Stacy, and the late Charlene. Great grandfather (Poppy) of Dallas Clayton Duffy-McQueen. Son of the late Ida Clay (Manley) and William Clay. Friends may call at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue, Midland on Friday February 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., then at The Salvation Army Midland Community Church on Saturday February 3rd at 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment at Resthaven memorial Gardens, Scarborough. On Saturday February 3rd at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Salvation Army Midland Youth Group would be appreciated.
A memorial gathering will be held at the West Scarborough Seniors Centre, 313 Pharmacy Ave., Toronto following the interment at 4 p.m.

passed away suddenly at the Huronia District Hospital, Midland on Tuesday April 4th, 2006. Cheryl Taylor-Thornton of Midland, in her 31st year. Beloved wife of Michael Taylor. Dear mother of the late Michael. Step-mother Justin. Daughter of Robert (Red) Thornton and his wife Donna, Barbara and her husband Jeff Banville. Sister of Wendy and her husband Jason Takacs. Special auntie to many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by Lynn Thornton. She will be fondly remembered by her pet "Bear". The family will receive friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Thursday April 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral services will be held at the Midland Alliance Church, 829 Yonge St., Midland on Friday April 7th at 11 a.m. Interment later at St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery, Midland. Nolan Bruce Robin Jackson

On Sunday, October 29, 2006 in the loving arms of his parents, Nolan Bruce Robin Jackson lost his four year battle with an inoperable brain tumour. Nolan was the bravest little man we will ever know. His smile and courage always lit up the room. Nolan will be lovingly missed, but never forgotten by his parents David and Beth Jackson, baby brother Landon, Nanny and Papa (Bruce and Sue Robbins), Grandma and Grandpa (Doug and Sheila Jackson), great grandmothers Joyce Schlatman, Mildred Jackson and Velma Wright, aunts and uncles Brian and Leslie Jackson, Suzanne and David Moore, Tina Robbins and Kirk Brown, Tamie Robbins, and Peggy Smith. He will be sadly missed by his loving cousins Janna, Jacob and Reece Brown, Andrew and Spencer Jackson, and Ryan, Jason and Nathan Moore. A special Godson to Tara Schlatman. Friends will be received at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue, Midland on Tuesday, October 31st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret's Church, Midland on Wednesday, November 1st at 2 p.m. Interment at St. Margaret's Cemetery. passed away after a lengthy illness on Thursday November 16, 2006 at Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Centre, in her 70th year. Beloved wife of Neil Goneau. Loving mother of Michelle Fournier (Wayne), and Art Goneau. Cherished nanny of Alyssa, Josh, Justin and Gabriel. She will also be missed by her brothers, sister, nieces and nephews. Inez was a past president of R.C.L. Branch 80 Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed her Thursday night darts at the Penetanguishene Legion. Beloved wife of Wilfred H. Hurdle for 53 years. Loving mother of Catherine Thurston (Peter), Joseph Hurdle (Jennifer), Robert Hurdle (Anna Gauthier), Paul Hurdle and John Hurdle (Ruth). Cherished grandmother of Jason, Jeffrey, Adam, Karen, Sean, Spencer, Wilfred, Taylor, Andrew, Michael, Tyler and Nicole. Dear sister of Bernice Copeland and Paul Lehman, and predeceased by Laura Rigler and Joseph Lehman. She will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
