Mr. Harry Burchartz
June 26, 2007

passed away unexpectedly, on the 26th of June 2007, while vacationing in St. Petersburg Russia at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife Lotti of 45 years, daughter Oona and sons Brian and Patrick. Fondly remembered by Gerard, Ronda & Lisa and greatly missed by his 6 loving grandchildren: Cullen, Nina, Ella, Mia, Cameron & Sophie. Born in Haarlem, the Netherlands on May 5th 1933, Harry was a Merchant Marine for 10 years before coming to Canada and making Ontario his home. He attained his degree in Civil Engineering and worked for Ontario Hydro for 30 years. His great joys included his children, grandchildren & studying the history and events of WWII.

The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Rd, Pickering Village, (Ajax), 905 428-8488 on Thursday, July 5, 2007 from 10-12 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to “The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation” (610 University Ave, Toronto, Ontario M5G 2M9, 1 866 224 6560) would be appreciated.

Peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, July 28th, 2007, joining her beloved husband, Jim in her 38th year. Beloved mother of Karen and Gary. Devoted grandmother to Brendan and Regan. Dear sister to Jim and his wife Angela, and cousin to Kathleen, and her husband, Mike. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. A funeral mass will be held at St. Isaac Jogue’s Roman Catholic Church (1148 Finch Ave., Pickering) on Thursday, August 2nd, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.

Born in Kingelly Village, West Coast, Berbice, Guyana. It is with great sadness that the Bullen Family announces the passing of their beloved mother Adelaide on June 29, 2007 at the Community Nursing Home of Pickering in her 93rd year. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Albert. Proud mother of Gloria, Conrad (Denise), Albert, Una Valladares, Carmen Brewster, Joy, Sharon Bullen-Rutherford, Stephen (Lisa) and Pauline. Much loved grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 3. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends.

passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, August 9th, 2007 at Markham-Stouffville Hospital in her 69th year. Predeceased by her husband, Bill. Loving mother of Deborah and husband Adrian, Joanne and husband Ron, Susan, and her late husband, Pete. Proud Nana of Bill, Andrew, Jessica, Katelynn, Sarah and Ronnie. She will be sadly missed by her sister, Eileen. A “Thank you” to all of the people who helped care for our mother during her illness.
