Miss Daniela Kicova
May 27, 1993 - September 24, 2007

KICOVA, Daniela - After a brave and courageous battle with cancer on Monday, September 24, 2007, at the Hospital for Sick Children. Daniela, in her 14th year, was the beloved daughter of Ingrid and Miroslav. She was a loved sister of Michala, Ondrej, and Brian. She will be forever missed by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Daniela will forever be remembered for her kindness, caring nature, and her ability to exhibit great talent in whatever she put her mind to. Her great Faith in God helped her and others around her during her short battle. God has chosen another angel to come home.
Friends will be received at the LYNETT FUNERAL HOME, 3299 Dundas St. West (one block east of Runnymede) Friday 6-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 29, at 10 am, from St. Cecilia's Church, 161 Annette St. (just west of Keele). Private Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospital for Sick Children.

Mr. Leon Gliniecki
January 10, 1916 - September 25, 2007

GLINIECKI, Leon (Veteran of WW II Polish Navy), retired employee of CP Rail) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at St. Joseph's Health Centre. Leon, in his 92nd year, beloved husband of the late Julia (nee Paolucci). Dear father of John and wife Oenone, Joseph and wife Maria, Stephen, and Thomas. Dear grandfather of Christine, and Celine. Survived by sister Martha, and predeceased by five brothers and two sisters. Family and friends will be received at LYNETT FUNERAL HOME, 3299 Dundas St. West (one block east of Runnymede) Thursday 4-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 28, at 10 am, from St. Mary's Polish Church, 1996 Davenport Rd. (at Gillespie). Interment Assumption Cemetery.

Mr. Charles Frederick Mackay
September 28, 1935 - September 21, 2007

Charles Frederick MacKay passed away at the Nanaimo General Hospital on Friday, September 21, 2007, at the age of 71 years.
Fred was born September 28, 1935 at Lloydminster, the oldest son of John and Lena MacKay.
Fred was predeceased by his father, John MacKay, in 1984; his sister, Joan King, in 1999 and his mother, Lena MacKay, in 2002.
Fred is survived by his wife, Pearl; his brother Robert (Janet) and their son Robert Bruce (Debbie); his brother-in-law Gordon King and his children- JoAnn (Marv) Mereska and their children, Thomas and James, Dale (Sandy) King; Richard (Jacky) King and their children, Nico, Ciaro, and Jacob; Sheryl (Rod) Reimer; Dale (Sandy) King, and Kevin King.
Fred is also survived by his step-family. The Kellys- Paul, Sandy, Russ, Ron, Mitch and Jessica; The Leiers - Ken (June) and their children, Amy, Brad, Ryan (Marcie) and baby Gracie; by Grant (Nixie) and their son Grayson.
Fred was a partner in MacKay Transport and MacKay Sand and Gravel. Fred enjoyed traveling, river boat racing, hunting and fishing.
Fred took an active role in the lives of his nieces and nephews and his grandchildren.

DENNIS, Gary John
July 11, 1967 - September 20, 2007

With sadness we announce the death of our dearest son, brother and uncle. After three long years of battling cancer he could not fight any longer.
He leaves to mourn his parents Gwen and Frank, sisters Lisa and Candice (Kris) and dear nephews Nickolas and Matthew.
Gary enjoyed life to the fullest and he leaves a void in all of our lives.
SLEEP PEACEFULLY MY LOVE.
A celebration of life will take place at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1 Newcastle Avenue, Nanaimo, on Sunday, September 30th at 1:30 pm.

Mrs. Lurth Antoinette Egbert
September 11, 1939 - September 22, 2007

EGBERT, Lurth Antoniette (Dana) passed away peacefully in her 68th year. Dana will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 42 years, Chrysanthus; sons, Edson (Sandru), Dunstan (Shegu), Hudson (Dagu) and Quinton (Banthu); daughters-in-law, Delena and Rathiha; granddaughter, Madeleine; brothers, Shakespeare and Theesan; sister, Concy; and many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Johnpillai and Rebecca; parents-in-law Chrysanthus and Antonia; brother, Simpson; and infant grandson, Ethan. Visitation will take place at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. East, Scarborough, Ontario, on Thursday, September 27, 2007, from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m., and Friday, September 28, 2007, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 172 Leslie Street, Toronto. Donations in memory of Dana can be made to The Arthritis Society of Canada, 1-800-321-1433, option 4 or www.arthritis.ca.

Elianne Beaupré (nee Gaudet) - It is with sadness that we wish to announce the passing of our mother Elianne Beaupré (nee Gaudet), 81 yrs., on Tuesday, Sept 25, 2007 formerly of Willows in Woodslee. Beloved wife of Roger (1990). Dear mother of Roseanne Beaupré and Réal Cousineau (St. Jean, Quebec), Colette Moser and Ken, Raymond (2001), Dianne Beaune and Don Bridgwater. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Laurette Audet and Rita Gauthier, both of Quebec. Visiting Thursday, September 27, 2007 from noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 pm at Melady Funeral Home, 572 Notre Dame, Belle River, 519-728-1500. Fr. Gerry Campeau officiating. Interment St. Simon & St. Jude Cemetery. Donations may be made to charity of your choice.

The Visitation and Service for Mr. Charles will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at the Toronto Central Seventh-day Adventist Church 136 - 162 Bentworth Avenue, Toronto. Visitation will be from 9 - 11 a.m. and the Service will follow at 11 a.m.
Mr. Charles final resting place will be in Hermitage, St. Patrick, Grenada.
