Friday, January 11, 1946 - Wednesday, January 10, 2007

passed away suddenly on Wednesday January 10, 2007 at the Huronia District Hospital, Midland, in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Kathleen Snook. Loving father of D'Arcy Snook (Danielle), Kathleen Randall (Fred). Cherished papa of Matthew and Trinity. Brother of Don, Lenore and Fanny. Friends will be received at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Friday January 12th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, Victoria Harbour on Saturday January 13th at 11 a.m. Spring burial St. Mary's cemetery , Victoria Harbour. If desired, memorial donations, to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. The family invites you to sign the "Book of Condolence".

passed away peacefully at home on Saturday December 2, 2006 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Whitehead. Loving mother of Darleen (Jules Asselin), and the late David Carson, Mary Whitehead, Robert Whitehead and Bill Whitehead. Cherished grandmother of 11, and great grandmother of 8. Friends were received at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Tuesday December 5th from 1-3 p.m. with a Legion service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Spring interment at Waubaushene Legion cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

passed away peacefully in her 87th year at home with her family by her side on the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay on Friday December 15, 2006. Beloved Wife of the late James David Wilcox. Dear Mother of Dianne (Mrs. John Argue) and John and Ken. Loving Daughter of the late marie and Spencer Willman and loving step-daughter of the late Florence Willman. Dear Grandmother of Jeff Argue and his wife Robin, Jane (Stan Kiersnowski) and Anne Wilcox. Dear Great Grandmother (G.G.) of Matthew and Jacqueline Argue and Jack Kiersnowski. Predeceased by Sisters Annabelle (Mrs. Watson Battrick) and Iona (Mrs. Len Preston), and Brothers Melbourne and John Willman. Fondly remembered by her treasured family and friends. Rested at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Sunday December 17th from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Interment at Waubaushene Legion cemetery. In memory of Almeda, the family requests you honour your own family this Christmas in lieu of donations.

passed away at the Huronia District Hospital, Midland on Monday, December 18, 2006. Gord Christie of Tiny Beaches Road, Balm Beach formerly of Welbeck Drive, Brampton, in his 71st year. Dear father of Kathleen and her husband Steve of Loretto, Marie of Edmonton, Gail and her husband Dave of Alliston, and Carol and Mike. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren. The family received friends at the Nicholls Funeral home on Friday December 22nd from 1p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Interment later at St. Margaret's cemetery , Midland. passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Monday December 18, 2006 at the Huronia District Hospital, Midland in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Liia. Loving father of Toomas and Karina. Brother of David and Paul. A funeral service was held in the chapel of the Nicholls Funeral Home on Friday, December 22nd at 11 a.m. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. "Don was tournament tough to the very end."

(Retired Insurance Agent, Gervan-Jones Agency Ltd.) passed away peacefully at the Penetanguishene Hospital on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 in his 80th year after a courageous seven year battle with cancer. Survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Theresa, son Robert of Calgary, daughters Mary Ellen of Toronto ,and Donna and her husband Peter of Ojai, California. Cherished grandfather of Katie and Jeremy Brown and Anne and Kristin Sawyer. Brother of Marjorie and Phyllis and the late Audrey. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by all. The family received friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Friday December 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 23rd from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at HDH and the wonderful palliative care team at Penetanguishene Hospital in their caring support of Ross through his journey. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

The family received friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Froday December 21st from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at the Church of the Good Shepherd Wyebridge on Friday December 21st at 1:30 p.m. Interment Church of the Good Shepherd cemetery , Wyebridge. he will be remembered for his love of the walking trails.

Predeceased by his parents Violet and Frank Wraith of Stratford. Brother to Harry (Barb), Dorothy (Bud) Logan and predeceased by Violet (Cambria) Dingman, Frank (Irene), Wally (Dawn) and Rose (Tom) Howe. At Allan's request, no services will take place. He was the greatest Father in the world to Kyle Burton, Kyle Taylor, Brandon Taylor and Meaghan Taylor. Dear Son to Elizabeth and Price Taylor. Son-in-law to Jean and Gerard Bressette. Loving Brother to Murray and his wife Eva and predeceased by his sister Kim. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, friends and family. Greatly missed by his dog Isabelle. Friends were received at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Thursday December 28th form 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service was held at St. Paul's United Church on Friday, December 29th at 11 a.m. Cremation.
