Spiker, William Norris "Bill", passed away peacefully at the Villa Care Centre on Friday, September 14th with his family by his side in his 86th year. Retired owner of Spiker's Barber Shop and Veteran of WWII RCAF. Loving husband of Joyce Spiker. Caring father of Jane Robitaille, Bill (Nancy) Spiker, Paul Spiker and Nancy (David) Desroches. Brother of Charles (Wanda) Spiker, Morley Spiker and the late Albert Spiker. Grandfather of Jerry (Michele) Robitaille, Brianne and Cole Spiker and Matthew and Michelle Desroches. Great grandfather to Roch and Chaz Robitaille. A funeral service was held at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 18th, 2007. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Dupuis, Claire Marie, 87 years, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2007 surrounded by her family at Metropolitan Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Oscar (1982). Loving mother of Marce Meloche and husband Court and Bernard and wife Sandra. Precious Mim to Kevin and Cheryl, Gregg and Gina, Lori and Joe, Jodi and Luciano, Kari, Pati and Dan. Loving great mim to Ashley, Dustin, Scott, Nick, Jake, Ryan, Courtney, Daniel, Derek, Chelsea, Garett and Gavin and soon to be baby Cosman. Great great grand mim to Mackenzie and Maddison. Predeceased by her brother Lawrence Lamotte. Godmother to Joe Lamotte and Helen Lanoue.
Claire enjoyed a game of pepper and eucher and had many friends at Wesview Apartments. At Claire's request there will be no visitation or funeral services. An interment has taken place next to her late husband at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Canard. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Claire in the Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held in September 2008. Arrangements entrusted to the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, Amherstburg.

FEDERICO, Lucia (nee DiPierdomenico) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 12, 2007 at 78 years of age. Loving wife for 56 years to Corrado. Cherished mother and best friend to Frank & wife Marsha and Elsa & husband Dr. Ted Fifer (Illinois). Beloved Nonna to Joshua, Corey, Theo & Jack. Dear daughter of the late Pasquale & Clementina. Loving sister to Gilda Scipione & her late husband Victor (Michigan), Donato & wife Silvana DiPerdomenico. Dear sister-in-law to the late Tony Federico & wife Betty, Donato & the late Maria Bucci (Toronto). Lucia was always happy when with her family. Her sweet smile will always be remembered.

Loving mother of David and his wife Theresa, Jodi Beausoleil and her husband Kevin, Kelly Mowers and her husband Adam, all of Windsor and the late Kevin (1978). Beloved daughter of her late parents: Willard McLachlan (1987) and Adele (nee Owen) McLachlan (1998). Dear Gramma of Payton, Brian, Emma and Tanner.
