Mr. Alexander Harold Alexander Jr.
July 6, 1928 - March 8, 2008

passed away March 8, 2008 in his 80th year at London Health Sciences Centre  Palliative Care. Survived by his wife June, sons John, Gary, and Sandy, daughter-in-law Erin, grandchildren Justin and Tyra, also nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alexander Sr. and Annie Alexander, and by his 12 siblings, the latest, his sister Mabel (January 2, 2008). Friends will be received at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), for visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 1 p.m. with visiting one hour prior. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Hillcrest London or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Mrs. Eileen Marjorie Harrison Klein
April 13, 1921 - March 10, 2008

Peacefully, on Monday March 10, 2008 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. Daughter of the late Walter and Ada Dunlop of England. Predeceased by her husband William John Klein. Loving mother of John (Mary), Beth, and Eric (Julie). Grandmother of Jennifer Rapley (Richard), Angela Feijo (Gary), Candice Klein and Kyle Klein. Great- Grandmother of Brooke and Ryan Rapley, and Hayden and Merrick Feijo. Cherished sister of Doris Hill of Alberta. Loving best friend of Jeannette Cooper of Windsor, Ontario. Marjorie will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Friends and family will be received at the Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr St.) on Thursday, March 13, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 454 Rebecca Street, Oakville on Friday March 14, 2008 at 1 p.m. Burial to follow at Trafalgar Lawn cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

At Alexandra Marine & General Hospital on Tuesday March 11, 2008. Alvin George Blackwell of Goderich in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Esther (Sockett) Blackwell. Loving father of James (Margaret) Blackwell of Colborne Twp. and Gordon (Susan) Blackwell of Vanastra. Dear grandfather of Heather, Jeremy, and Jennifer and great grandfather of Kaleigh and Ethan. Predeceased by daughter Dianne Blackwell. Friends will be received at McCallum & Palla Funeral Home, Cambria Rd. at East St. Goderich on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday March 15, 2008 at 1 PM. Interment Maitland cemetery. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109 will hold a service on Friday evening at 8:30 PM. Mrs. Barbara Jeffres Barrett
November 3, 1923 - March 10, 2008

Peacefully at University Hospital, London, with her daughters at her side, Barbara Jeffres Barrett (nee Gibbons) of London and formerly of British Columbia in her 85th year, went to be with the Lord on Monday March 10th 2008.
Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Barrett and predeceased by her brother Ronald Gibbons.
Loving mother of Deborah Kuhar (David) of Dorchester and Catherine Litwin (John) of London.
Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher, Jordan, Kristyn and Slawek. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Barbara's life on Tuesday March 18th from 5-9 P.M. at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street (at Wavell), London.
A private family interment will be held at a later date.
Those wishing to make a donation in her memory are asked to consider the Dorchester Community Church and the Family Medicine/Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital.
Thank you to all the outstanding staff working on the FM/Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital. We are deeply grateful for the exemplary care given to our Mom by all the nurses, PSAs, coordinator Wendy, social worker Erin, APN Lynne, Dr. L. Schmidt, Dr. E. Wong, Dr. B. Evans, the residents Robin, Graham and Andre, and to Dr. Naudie and Dr. Howard for taking the time to get to know Mom.
Thank you to the UH emergency department staff especially Alison O'Connor and Amy Coulter.
Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten.

Mr. John Stewart West
June 10, 1960 - March 10, 2008

After a courageous battle with cancer, John Passed peacefully away on Monday, March 10, 2008 at the age of 47, at St. Peter's Hospital.
John leaves behind his beloved parents Patrick and Diana West, sister Karen, brothers Steven and Mark, and nephew James.
John will be forever loved and missed by many other friends and family.
John will also be mourned by his Uncle David, Aunt Lily and family in Romford, England.
Also cousins Jason and Glenn in Essex, England.
Friends will be received at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home ROBINSON CHAPEL (King Street East at Wellington) on Friday, March 14th, 2008 from 11:00-1:00 p.m.
Service to be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.
Private family interment to follow at Woodland cemetery.
A special thank you to Dr. Duncan Schwartz and nursing staff on 2 West at St. Peter's Hospital (Maplewood Avenue).

MacDONELL, Celene

MacDONELL, Celene - 43, London, Ont., died February 17, 1999.
She was a daughter of Robert Lee and the late Joan Lee.
Surviving are her husband, Gerard; daughters, Brett, Courtney; sisters, Dorothy, Linda, Diane; brother, Rob, all of Ontario.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Jim and Mary Burke. Funeral 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Mount Hope Chapel, London.
Donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society.
