CAIRD, Frank E.
(42 year Employee of Patterson Concrete)
Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, December 3, 2006, Frank Caird of Kingston, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Sandy Mattice. Dear father of Jeff (Diane) Caird and Linda (Joe) Cadue all of Kingston. Dear brother of Myrtle (Jack) Johnston of Wyevale, Frances (Harry) Jacques of Alberta, Gordon Caird of Smiths Falls, Bette (Guy) Barnes of Portland. Predeceased by brother Joseph and sisters, Edith MacKinnon and Phyllis McLean. Fondly remembered by granddaughters, Amy and Emily. Also survived by his beloved pets, Oscar and Otis.
The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Kingston Hospitals Joint Advancement-Cancer Centre or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

CLARK, Marion
Peacefully on Sunday, December 3, 2006 at the Brockville General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred H. Clark. Loving mother of Beverly Anderson of Maynard, Frances Storey (Richard) of Maynard, Judy Parsons (Henry) of Maitland and Carol Dupuis (Daniel) of Crystal Rock. Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Debra and Michael Anderson, Andrew, Richard, Robert and Jeffrey Storey, Jocelyn Parsons-Bunce and Veronica Parsons, Eric and Melissa Dupuis and great-grandmother of Danielle Storey. Also survived by sisters Bertha Jackson of Park Forest, Illinois and Mary Jackson of RR5 Brockville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son-in-law John Anderson, parents Raymond Ralph and Margaret (nee Mills), sisters Dora Kingston and Nan McDevitt and brother Harry Ralph.
Friends may call at the Chris Slater Funeral Home, 416 Dibble Street West, Prescott from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday with Funeral Service taking place at St. John’s Anglican Church, Prescott on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at 2 p.m. Interment Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. For those wishing, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. John’s Anglican Church Restoration Fund.

COPP, James Frederick
Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Home with his family at his side on Saturday, December 2, 2006 in his 75th year. Jim Copp, beloved husband of 51 years to Donna Leng. Loving father of Terry of Keswick, Ont., Nancy Harris (Paul) of Toronto, Ont., Brian (Sandra) of North Gower, Ont., David (Helena) of Vancouver, BC, Jason (Lauren) of Ottawa, Ont. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Justin, Caitlin, Cameron, Daniel, Brian, Emily and Kelly. Predeceased by parents Bruce and Elsie (Hilton) and brother Bob.

Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. FIELDS, Garry R.
Founder of Universal Helicopters and G. Fields Air Services Limited and Member of Westboro Masonic Lodge. Suddenly at his residence, Portland on Sunday, December 3, 2006, Garry Fields, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Joan Auld. Dear father of Kim (Nick) Frangeskaki, Shawn (Lesley) Fields, all of Ottawa, Patti-Ann Fields-Clark of Newboro. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Stamatis, Ryan and Blair, Justin and Sasha.
A Celebrations of Garry’s life will be held at the family residence, 14 Polk Crescent, Portland on Saturday, December 16 from 1-5 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Friends of Victoria Quilts Canada (Portland Chapter) would be appreciated by the family. McBROOM, Edna
Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital on December 4, 2006 in her 66th year. Daughter of the late Gertrude and John McLean. Dear mother of Cheryl Maxwell (John), Donna and Robbie McBroom all of Brockville. Dear sister of Stella Smith Johnston (Stewart) of Maitland and John McLean (Christy) of Calabogie. Predeceased by her former husband Gerald McBroom.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, from Wednesday after 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. when services will be held in the Chapel. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery, Maitland. In memoriams to the Diabetes Society will be gratefully acknowledged.

BOX, Gary
On Saturday, November 11, 2006 in hospital, Gary Charles Edward Box at the age of 61 years. Beloved son of Ruth A. King of Brockville and the late Aubrey Box. Loving father of Shelly Colpitts and her husband Randy of Maitland, and of the late Randy Box who predeceased him in 1980. Cherished grandfather of Ainsly and Colman Colpitts. Fondly remembered by his former wife Bev Russell and by long time friend Eowana. Dear brother of Glen R. Box (Betty) of Athens, Gail M. Box-Mullen (Bob) of Merrickville, Grant A. Box of North Augusta, and Gwen A. Salmon (Brian) of Maynard. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews Lisa Roth (Leonard), Angela Box-McKenna (Gerard), Lindsay Salmon, Amber Salmon, David Box and Greg Box.
Friends are invited to visit Gary’s family and celebrate his life on Thursday, November 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. Respecting Gary’s wishes, there will be no formal service. A Private interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. Devoted and loving mother of Clifford (Marilyn), Gregory (Angela) and Christine (Dennis) McCann. Cherished grandmother of Michelle (David) Gibson, Nicole (Jordan) Hicks, Annalee (Andy) Hoselton, Nicole (Luc) Boucher, Jami (Mike) Cole Jennifer, Angela (James) Cuthbert, Katrina and Gina. Great-grandmother of Brittany, Brooklyn, Dillon, Brody, Cooper, Kyle, Morgan, Austin, Tyler and Kayla. Dear sister of Della (Bob) Craig, Alfred Clow, Ivan (Judy) Clow, Dale Clow and Faye Jansen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Harriette Adelaide Clow, brothers Neil and Harvey.
The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin, Wednesday, November 15th, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the Delta Baptist Church on Thursday, November 16th, 2006 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow. On Saturday, November 11, 2006 as the result of an accident at work in Belleville; Justin Nicholas Patterson of Brockville at the age of 20 years. Beloved son of Malcolm and Cindy Patterson of Brockville and loving brother of Joan. Cherished grandson of Nellie Vanderwerf and her husband George, and John and Joan Patterson all of Brockville. Predeceased by his grandfather Albert Heyman. Nick is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
