Beloved husband of Edith for 51 years. Loving father of Roger and his wife Roma, Stephen and his wife Sandra and Dan and his wife April. Loving Papa of Jade, Cory, Steven Jr., Tavish, Keaton and his great granddaughter Kalli. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Emmanuel, Norman, Albert, Auguste, and their spouses. Predeceased by Wilma, Fred and Edmond. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Peacefully gone home to be with the Lord at the Community Nursing Home in Pickering on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of the late James Sinclair Martin. Dear mother of James Charles Martin (Beverly), Ronald Sinclair Martin (Shelley) and Roberta Ruth Williams (Frank). Bunny was a loving Grandmother and Great-grandmother. One of 11 children, Margaret was born in Halifax on August 6, 1920 to parents Albert and Laura Ryan. Predeceased by 6 brothers, Margaret is survived by brothe r William Ryan (Wanita), sisters Edith Bishop (Frank), Betty Curry (Bill) and Ruby Porter. Raised in Annapolis Valley, Waterville and Kingston, Margaret joined the Canadian Women's Army Corps (OWAC) achieving the rank of Sergeant and serving as a Dental Assistant. Following WWII, Margaret attended Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada Bible College in Toronto. Later, returning to Halifax, Margaret married James Sinclair Martin and moved to Toronto in the early 1960's.
Interment Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa.

PETERSON, Kathleen (nee Arseny)
With deep sadness our family announces the passing of our beloved mother Kathleen, age 93, on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Humber River Regional Hospital.
Kathleen was born in Tolstoi, Manitoba, on July 24, 1916. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Grant, Sandra and husband Klaus, Carol and husband Brian. Proud grandmother of Jennifer and husband Michael and Laura. Survived by her brother Paul and wife Kay of Emerson, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1980; brothers John, Bill, Nick, Peter, Mike, Steve, Metro and Sam; and sisters Anna, Wasylina and Pearl. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta and USA.
Kathleen worked part-time at the T. Eaton Company Ltd. (Yorkdale) for 25 years. She also was an active member of the Amesbury Seniors Group and enjoyed square dancing, exercising and Euchre.
Interment at Prospect Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the March of Dimes would be appreciated by the family.

Devoted “Little” Nan to Andrew Frey, Christopher (Claudia) Frey, Carol (Christopher) and Michael Roche and Great Nan to Gavin and Lily. Will be sadly missed by her brother and dear friend Ken Magnus. Predeceased by sister in law Peggy Magnus.
