Monday, January 15th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass and committal service at Blessed Sacrament Church at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Norman Fortier officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Oncology Unit would be appreciated. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Doctors and staff of the Palliative Care and the Cancer Clinic for the care and compassion shown to Katie during her illness.

Dear son of the late George and May Dennis, both predeceased. Dear brother of Gordon of Oshawa, George of Thunder Bay, and Ruth Chisnell of Sudbury. Special uncle of Catherine, Diane, Jack, Sharon, Elaine, Helen, George Jr., Judy, Linda, Dennis and Sandra. Dear brother-in-law of Victoria Davidson of Midland and Rose Poulton of Sudbury. COTTERMAN, Dorothy Gloria The death occured at the Kirkland and District Hospital, Kirkland Lake on Monday, December 4, 2000 of Mrs. Dorothy Gloria Cotterman at the age of 78 years. Born at Korah Township, Mrs. Cotterman grew up in Sault Ste.Marie and moved to Kirkland Lake in 1967. She had worked at the Kirkland District Hospital for 15 years as a food supervisor and she enjoyed gardening and curling. Mrs. Cotterman was predeceased by her parents Victor and Gertrude (nee Thurston) Coutu; grandson Matthew in 1984; and brothers: Henry and Alan. She is the loving wife of Sid Cotterman at home. Dear mother of; Mike (and his wife Darlene) Cotterman of Williams Lake, British Columbia, David Cotterman of Calgary and Nancy (and her husband Ted) Hodgins of Kirkland Lake. Also left to mourn is her brother Lawrence (and his wife Jean) Coutu of North Bay; grandchildren: Lindsay, Taylor and Adam of Kirkland Lake, Kory of St. Thomas, Michelle Webster of Williams Lake, British Columbia and Candy and Chrisy of Williams Lake, British Columbia; great granddaughters Chelsea and Haley; great great granddaughter Carly and many nieces and nephews. The Cotterman family received friends at the Monette Funeral Home Kirkland Lake on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Monette Funeral Chapel on Saturday, December 9, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Keith Snell officiating. Spring interment will take place at the Kirkland Lake cemetery. In memoriam contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged.
