Beloved wife of the late Bill Wellsman and the late Andrew Stewart Howes. Dear mother of Col. Dean Wellsman and his wife Joan of Kingston. Stepmother of David Howes of St. Catharines, Jim Howes of Victoria, B.C. Loving grandmother of Peter and Scott. Great-grandmother of Christopher. Dear Aunt of Ruth, Terry and John. Vola was a long time member of Queen Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Howes was at the DOWNTOWN CHAPEL of the BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 33 Duke St., at James (behind the courthouse 684-2334). Cremation. A private family service was held with the Interment of the cremated remains at Victoria Lawn cemetery at a later date.
