MILLAN, Denis John September 20, 1929 - June 17, 2000 Retired, 31 years of teaching, Frontenac County Board Board Member, Governors of Ongwanada Graduate of Peterborough Teacher's College Graduate of Queen's University, B.A. It is with great sadness that the family of Denis Millan announce his passing, suddenly at his home, on Saturday, June 17, 2000. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years Eunice (nee Birchall), his dear son Mark and his wife Debbie of Kingston and dear daughter Michelle Whyard and her husband Steven of Canberra, Australia. He was the very proud grandfather of Katie and Eric Millan. He was the first son of the late Norman and Marie Millan. Dear brother of Sister Norma Millan of Labrador, John and his wife Bella, Ann and her husband Henry Vermette, Leo and his wife Kathy, all of Kingston; Jerry of Toronto; Jim, Mary and her husband Thomas Smallegange, also all of Kingston; Michael and his wife Evy of Peterborough and Paul and his wife Jennifer, also of Kingston. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Edward Birchall and his wife Audrey of Kingston. Predeceased by his sister Frances and sisters-in-law Norma and Zita.
