HARVEY, Lawrence Peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, January 11, 2001, at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Helen (nee Breen). Loving father of Virginia Reynalds (Murray), Judy Keith (Reginald), Karen Schroeder, Bill (Joanne), Bob (Sharlene) and Barry (friend Valerie). Cherished grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grand-children. Predeceased by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Survived by his sister Betty Gamble of Watertown, N.Y. Friends may call at Racine Robert and Gauthier (300 Olmstead St., Vanier), Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 1 p.m. A reception will be held at Le Centre Culturel de Vanier, 270 Marier Rd. Marie, wife of the late Douglas MacPherson Lovatt, is survived by children Margaret and Rick Santon, Hastings, Douglas and Shirley Lovatt, Dartmouth, NS, Clara Lovatt and Kathy Horton, Kingston, Heather Lovatt and Rick Hampson, Norwood, Tom Lovatt and Kathy Martin, Brampton and Debbie Lovatt, Brampton. PIETERS-MOHAMMED, Brenda Peacefully after a short but courageous battle with terminal illness, Brenda Pieters-Mohammed of Montreal Street, Kingston and formerly of Langton on Thursday, January 11, 2001 at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 39 years. A resident of Kingston, Brenda was a well-liked "Ethics and Regulator Assistant" at the Queen's University (Clinical Trials - Cancer Research). "Brenda was out-going, caring and concerned about everyone she knew. Brenda touched the lives of many people. We are all better people for having known Brenda." (Brenda was born in Langton, Ontario, August 1st, 1961). Beloved daughter of Lucien Pieters and his wife Betty (Kersten) Pieters of Brantford. Much loved wife and best friend of 5 years of Michael A. Mohammed. Loved mother of Caelyn and Braeden Mohammed, both at home. Dear daughter-in-law of Papan and Naziran Mohammed of Trinidad.
