WHITELEY, Nellie (Bowers) Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, October 3, 2000, Mrs. Nellie Whiteley of Kingston in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late Thomas and Francis Bowers. Dear wife of the late Edwin Whiteley. Survived by daughters Linda Helpard (Russell) of Kingston; Janice Leveque (Gerald) of Harrowsmith; son Charles Whiteley (Sandra), and daughter-in-law Alexandria Whiteley of Napanee. Ever remembered by her 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Ted Whiteley and her sisters Jean Platt, Dorothy Pritchard and brothers Clarence and Arnold Bowers. Resting at the Thompson Funeral Home, 28 Everett St., Belleville. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 6th at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Maurice McLeod officiating. Interment Elmwood cemetery. Donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
