CRAIG, Lilian May (nee Mason) 91 years. Died March 9, 2000 at her long time residence Huron Lodge Home for Seniors. Beloved wife of Austin Craig, Amherstburg. Dearest mother to Garnet Douglas and wife Ruth, Newmarket, Heather and husband James St. Pierre, Windsor; five grandchildren also survive, Craig, Alison and Meghan St. Pierre, all of Windsor and Brenda Smith and husband Tim of Aurora, Karen Craig of Brantford. Lilian fought Alzheimers Disease for a number of years. She was a Sunday School Teacher at former Walker Road and Grace United Church. She was the first Sunday school teacher at Glenwood United Church and was also a charter member and was first president of Paulin Memorial and Glenwood United Senior Citizens Groups. Visiting in the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home, 1969 Wyandotte St. E. from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2000 from Glenwood United Church, 1825 Grand Marais Rd. W. at 10 a.m. Rev. Dr. R.J. Roberts and Chaplain Joy Veres officiating. Interment Victoria Memorial Gardens. In kindness memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Huron Lodge Resident's Life Enhancement Fund would be appreciated by the family.

DERBYSHIRE, Velma I. 73 years, passed away suddenly in Apache Junction, Arizona, on March 2, 2000. Late of RR #1, Wheatley. Beloved wife of the late Harry Derbyshire (1982). Survived by husband Howard Nicholson, a daughter Susie and her husband Ron Ionson, a son Martin Derbyshire and his wife Chris, and step-daughters Michelle Whittle and Steve Getty, Nanette Stevens and Eric Lynn, Caroline Wenzler and Rob Snoes, and Melissa and Al DeClerk. Dear grandmother of 10 grandchildren. Cremation was held Arizona. A Memorial Service will be held at the Hammond Funeral Home, 17 Little Street South, Wheatley (825-7741) on Sunday, March 12, 2000 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Olav Kitchen officiating.

ECHLIN, Kenneth Edward 75, of Boynton Beach, passed away on March 8, 2000. Mr. Echlin was born in Chatham, Ontario and came to this area in 1985 from Bloomfield Hills, MI. There he worked for CHAS Strelinger Co, as an Industrial Supply Salesman for nearly 30 years. Mr. Echlin served as a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force. Survivors include his beloved wife Betty; daughters, Laura (Joseph L.) Price of Boynton Beach and Alyson (Rodney) Stumpf of Sterling Heights, MI; grandchildren, Courtney and Justin Stumpf; brother, Dr. Thomas Echlin of Windsor. Memorial Services are private.
