Stepmother of Fiona Vipond Hallman (Grant Hallman) and Ian Vipond (Jeanette). Dear sister of Jim Finlay (Terry), Bill Finlay and sister in law of Dorothy Windrem, Wilna Finlay, Jean and Colin Jemison. Cherished Grandma of Peter, Owen, and Simon Stoll, Nathaniel Dillon Smith, Dillon Charron, Martin Smith Futtit, Jacob and Jasmine Bolger. Predeceased by first husband Don ald Smith, brother Richard Finlay, sister Gwen Finlay Smith and parents Rex Hiliard and Marguerite Finlay.
