Beloved husband of the late Jean Christie (Maloney) and dear father of Patricia Godfrey (Barry) of Midland; Douglas (Marilyn) of Westport; Dianne Christie of Peterborough; David (Stacey) of Ottawa; Kenneth (Sheila) of P.E.I; and Pamela Uens (Alan) of Strathcona. Also pre-deceased by his 2nd wife Eileen Christie (Smith) and step-father of her children, Ian McKinnon (Joanne Logan) of Arnprior; Beth McPherson (Jack) of Napanee; and Jean McKinnon of Kingston. Fondly remembered by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pre-deceased by his brothers Norman; Bruce and Doug and his parents Percival and Annie Christie. Barbara Montgomery, formerly of Napanee, ON passed away quietly, with her family at her side, Tuesday April 19, 2011 at Longfields Manor, Ottawa at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband, Gerald Frederick Montgomery. Loving Mother of Trudy (Selim Ulug) and dear Grandmother of Kevin. Predeceased by sister Gertrude (Gert) Scarlett and brothers Herb, Clarence, Jack, Harry, Carl, Ernie and Tom. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law Gena Butcher and Thelma Butcher.
