Luxton - Nora (Curtis) of St. Thomas, on Saturday, June 8, 2002 at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald “Reg” Thomas Luxton (1991). Daughter of the late Salathiel and Mary (Hunt) Curtis and sister of the late Dorothy Ayearst (1988), Florence Gugino (1985), Frank Curtis (1962), James Curtis (1983), and an infant sister Grace. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Nora was the last of her family. A Public Memorial Service will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place, with the ashes to be interred in Elmdale cemetery. Visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Dr. John F. Curtis Memorial Fund through the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital or to the charity of choice.
Graham - Thomas Henry of St. Thomas, on Monday, June 10, 2002, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in his 54th year. Loved son of Alison (Lindores) Murphy of St. Thomas and the late Robert Graham. Dear brother of Sylvia and her husband Don Harvey, Nancy and her husband Randy Baker, Mary Matuska and Robert Graham, all of St. Thomas. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Tom worked at Canada Vitrified and was associated with Grace United Church. Jungblut - Otto of Elgin Manor, St. Thomas, on Sunday, June 9, 2002, at his late residence, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Irmgard “Irma” (Dreblow) Jungblut and son of the late Adolph and Aldolphfina Jungblut. Sadly missed by a number of nieces, nephews and second cousins. Otto taught at Fanshawe College over 10 years. Parkins - At Mitchell, Ontario on Sunday, June 9, 2002. Ronald M. Parkins, formerly of St. Thomas and Shedden, in his 39th year. Born in St. Thomas, March 25, 1964, son of the late Ronald and Jean (Lawrence) Parkins. Brother of Bill Parkins and his partner Jo Darbishire of St. Thomas and Holly Jean Rycroft and her husband Bruce of Shedden. Also survived by one niece, three nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be no funeral home visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario gratefully acknowledged.

Dear mother of Barbara (Oscar) Varga of Thunder Bay, Linda Noel of London, Larry (Sandy) Perry of London, Carl (Louise) Perry of Aylmer and Ruth (Aurele) Gallant of Aylmer. Also survived by grandchildren Joyce & Chris Stafford, Danielle & Jason Noel, Angela (Ken) Fitt, Tabitha Perry, Deborah (Darrell) DeKeyzer, Douglas & Robert Perry, Matthew, Steven, Brian and Leane Gallant and great grandchildren Alexa, Brittney, Brandon, Megan DeKeyzer, Brandon and Rebecca Perry. Predeceased by sisters Helen Clunas and Agnes Daykin, a brother George Rowe and a great granddaughter Kayla (May12, 1992). Born in Malahide Twp. on July 7, 1925, daughter of the late Edward and Bessie (Blashal) Rowe. Cora was a resident of Chateau Gardens for the past 6 years and live most of her life in Springfield. The funeral service will be held from the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday, June 13, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. Interment , Aylmer cemetery. Hainge - (Leishman), at her residence on Sunday, June 16, 2002. Edna Hainge of St. Thomas in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late George Hainge (1996) and the late Robert Leishman (1969). Dear sister to Ella May McFarlane of St. Thomas. She will be sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two brothers Ken and Basil Hopper and two sisters Pearl Hatfield and Mary Bear. Born in Otterville, on April 30, 1911. Daughter of the late Arthur and Marilyn (Harp) Hopper. Cornelissen - At his residence on Tuesday, June 18th, 2002. Theodore “Ted” Cornelissen of St. Thomas and formerly of Aylmer in his 55th year. Beloved son of the late John and Dina (Hendriks) Cornelissen and dearly loved brother of Henrica Terpstra and her husband Leo of St. Thomas; Henry Cornelissen and his wife Ada of London; John Cornelissen and his wife Kelly of Delhi; Dan Cornelissen and his wife Denise of Aylmer and Joe Cornelissen and his wife Kim of Springfield. Ted is also lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews and aunts, uncles and cousins in Holland. Ted was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Aylmer and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas. Cremation has taken place in London with interment of the ashes to be made at the Queen of Peace cemetery in Aylmer.
