Loved mother of Diane (Peter) Collins of Cumming, Georgia, Donna (Gary) Jepson of Richmond Hill, Joan Filip (Bill Reid) of Campbellford, Gordon Walker (Sonja Rokosova) of Foca, Turkey and Gary (Jane) Walker of Ottawa. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jeff, Vicki, Dustin, Danielle, Andrca, Scott, Alan and Nikita. Predeceased by brothers Everton and Douglas and son John Walker. Jack and Alice Walker married in 1946 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They moved to Deep River in 1949 where they enjoyed raising their six children. After Jack retired from AECL they experienced wonderful Carribean cruises and trips to Malaysia, Jamaica, Turkey, France and the U.S. Jack and Alice moved to Perth in 1997 where Alice enjoyed playing golf and bridge with many new friends. Alice had many memorable family time at Christmas gatherings and summer cottages. Funeral service was held in St. James Anglican Church, Perth on Monday, September 13th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the church hall for family and friends.
