Cherished grandfather of Barbie Greiss and Jordie Gledhow, Tammy Greiss and David Carey. Proud great-grandfather of Benjamin and Sarah Gledhow; Evan and Luke Carey. Predeceased by his siblings and their spouses, Issie and Jennie Kashner, Jennie and Benny Dalkin, Lily and Sam Eisman, Ida and Jacob Witcov; and by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Sophie Rappaport, Etta and Sam Hubscher, Moe and Anne Rappaport, Jack and Ray Rappaport, Louis and Helen Rappaport, Hyman and Jennie Rappaport, David and Sarah Rappaport. Doting and most admired grandmother of Robert William. Predeceased by her precious granddaughter Suzanne Renée. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Sol and Edith Byer, Chaya and Shlomo Rosenbloom, Esther and Saul Segal, Harry and Leah Byer, Lily and Jack Rubin, Max and Eunice Freemovitch, Harry and Anna Froimovitch. Gerry was a quick wit, a master bridge player, a renowned stamp collector, and a delightful human being who will be terribly missed. He made people smile and feel welcome. Treasured daughter of the late Issie Atkin and the late Bertha Miller. A devoted wife, she is finally now reunited with her soulmate, the late Lionel (Lyon Judah) Rappaport. Most beloved and respected mother and mother-in-law of Derek and Sharon, Jamie and Marlena, Buddy and Charna. Adored and adoring Bubbie of Sam, Gabby, Jonah, Jake, Matthew, Brody, Liv, Harlow, and Maddie.
