Devoted grandmother of Mitchell and Lisa Steinberg, Janet and Michael Corber, Maxine and David Sacoransky, Jill and Andrew Reback, Gary Pencer and Inna, Max and Linda Pencer, Richard and Marcie Pencer, Aaron, Avi, Lauren and Max Steinberg. MICHAEL GOLDEN February 8, 1962 – May 11, 2012 Michael passed away peacefully, on Friday, May 11, 2012, at the West Island Palliative Care Residence. Beloved husband and best friend of Micheline Bedard. Loving father and father-in-law of Dawna, Cory and Jessica, and Graeme. Sweetest Zaidie of Kashmyr and Nemis. Cherished son of Marilyn Schwarzbartl Golden and Marty and Yoshiko Golden. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Annie and Jeff, Joel, Matthew and Jennifer. He also leaves to mourn his mother- and father-in-law, André and Theresa, and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mark and Kim, Frank, Melanie, Laurie and Paul, Lisa and Eric; as well as his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We would like to thank Dr. Cholette and the amazing staff at the West Island Palliative Care Residence; Michael’s attending physicians, Dr. Mihalciou and Dr. Garoufalis at the Royal Victoria Hospital; Dr. Petrecca at the Montreal Neurological Institute; and Dr. Panet-Raymond at Montreal General Hospital, as well as their support staff.
