Cherished mother of Dolores Trecroce (the late Renato) and Laura (Don Mac Martin). Loving Nonni of Riccardo, Lisa, Marco and the late Aldo; and of Andrew, Tamra and David. MOORE, David. (1941-2005) With courage and dignity surrounded by his loving family, on September 23, 2005. Beloved husband and best friend of Lisa Modugno (Sweetie), loving and devoted father of Danny (Tobie). Sadly mourned by his brother, Ron (Donna), brother-in-law of Emily (Phil), Jo-Anna (Bill), Emile Jr. (Sonny) (Sue), and sadly mourned by many other family, relatives and friends. A quiet, strong man, Dave is remembered for his vigour, his smile and his pleasure in living. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family expresses their gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses and Support staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for their care and compassion. Heartfelt thanks to all family and friends for their kind support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Canadian Cancer Research or to Pulmonary Fibrosis. PATENAUDE, Wilfrid J. February 17, 1919 - September 19, 2005. Fifth in a family of fifteen children, son of the late Rose-Anna and Joseph Napoleon Patenaude. Loving husband of Margaret "Mickey" Coley for fifty-nine years. Father of Ivan (Linda). Grandfather of Benjamin, Mathew and Nicholas Wilfrid. Brother to his remaining siblings Jeanne Menard, Therese Sarazin, Pierrette Beauchamp (Gerald), Jean-Guy (Rita) and Robert (Fernande) as well as those seven brothers and two sisters who predeceased him. Brother-in-law of Alice, Doris, Mable and Yvonnique, Bea and Tony Stewart. Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Friend of Linda Overing, Leslie Bradley, and Sharon, Phil, Eunice and Burt Cooper. World War II Merchant Mariner, raconteur and gentleman of good taste. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. PELLETIER, Jean Raymond "John". Retired Merck-Frosst Laboratories, Vet Overseas Service RCAF 408 Squadron. In Kemptville on September 23, 2005 age eighty-five, John Pelletier formerly of Montreal. Beloved husband of the late Stella Sheremeta. Dear father of David (Jane) of Kemptville and Robert of Toronto. Survived by sisters Jeanne Hudon of Saskatoon, Irene Blais of North Battleford and Therese Pelletier of Prince Albert. Dear grandfather of Helen, Karen, Nicholas and Tracey. Predeceased by his son Kim Pelletier. Visiting hours will be held at Grant Brown Funeral Home, Rolston Chapel, Kemptville on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment of cremated remains Oxford Mills Cemetery. Those who wish, may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.

PHELPS, Terry. It is with sadness that Bob, Carol and Heather announce the sudden passing of their brother on September 21 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of fifty-one. Beloved husband of Solange and terrific father to Logan, Brian and Erin. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.

OBITUARY EDWARD HUGH ROACH (1919 - 2005) Peacefully in Montreal on August 31, 2005, in his eighty-seventh year, Hugh, a dear, loving, wonderful spirit left this world for a heaven of peace and goodwill to all. Born in Cornwall, England, son of William Henry Roach and Edith May Wells Roach. Studied at Christ Church Oxford (B.A., M.A. Oxon; Centre d'Etudes Industrielles, Geneva). In 1940 he was seconded to the British Colonial Administrative Service, serving in the Gold Coast/Ghana during World War II, where he met his future wife, Lt. Maria Garcia of Austin, Texas, who was serving as a flight nurse in the U.S. Air Force. In 1949, Hugh served as Colonial Attache at the British Embassy in Washington, D.C. Hugh joined Alcan Aluminum Ltd. in Montreal following the War, and retired as a senior officer of the company in 1984. Hugh will be sadly missed by family and friends. Memories of a good man will live forever. He is survived by his dearly beloved wife Maria and by nieces and nephews in the U.K. and U.S. A memorial service will be held at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex on Tuesday, September 27 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Hugh may be made to a charity of your choice.
