Loving father of Linda (Brian Duheme), Diana Duheme (Kevin), Peter (Chantal), and Johanna Pankiw (John). Cherished Papa of thirteen grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Visitation will be held at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, 514-685-3344 on Tuesday, March 22 from 7-9 p.m., and Wednesday, March 23 from 1-2 p.m. The Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society Research.

Also survived by mother Helena Maria Schreuder-Kolkman, sisters Mieke Traksel, Ellen Bosschart (Ferdi), and Anneke Kolkman. Predeceased by his father Dirk Albert Jan Kolkman and brother Frans Kolkman. Sadly missed by ses amis Meyer, Louis, Carinci, Stan, Ray, Chomko, John Walker, Fred Hirsch, Jeff, 2 special ladies Mary K. and Violet, and his dog Toby. A member of Circles and Squares Dance Club since 1995. Beloved wife of Ludwik (Lou) Golarz, mother of Rick and Donna, a grandmother who greatly loved her grandchildren Tiffany, Jeffrey, Timmy, Lilly, Sophie and much anticipated Luka. Survived by her sisters Stephania and much loved Victoria as well as a large extended family around the world. A heartfelt thank you to her dear friend, Mrs. Elliot.
