(1947-2014) It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Angus Michael Curry on Sunday, September 21st at the age of 67. Born in Kingston, Ontario to Barbara and Michael Curry, he was a long time resident of Eaton Corner, Quebec. Loving father of Cara (Marc Bernard) and Ben (Nancy Ouimet). Grandpa to Colin, Henry and Sophia. He is survived by his sisters Christine Curry of Nova Scotia and Robin Curry (John Dover) of British Columbia, niece Genevieve Zimmerman and extended family Joshua, Troy (Marie) and Delano (Sara) Lavigne. Family and friends will gather for a celebration of his life at Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville) on Thursday, September 25th, 2014 with a visitation at 3:00pm and remembrances at 4:00pm. Donations in his name can be made to the charity of your choice.
Clark, Wayne
Passed away suddenly at his home in Cambridge, Ontario, Wayne Clark at the age of 47. Loving son of Lawrence and Nicole Clark, and dear brother of Wendell. Wayne also leaves to mourn, his many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Visitaion will be held at the South Durham United Church, on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 1 to 3 pm followed by the funeral service at 3 pm with Rev. Reginald Jennings officiating. Interment in the South Durham United Cemetery. Donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
Carroll Lavers, Leslie
The passing of Leslie June Lavers occurred on Monday, March 3rd, 2014 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sherbrooke, Quebec, at the age of 98. Wife of the late Earl Lavers and beloved mother of Colleen, Gary, Grant (Fran), Bob, Guile Ralph (Linda), Dawn (Mac), Jade (Mike), and Terry, she is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her sister Francis Aldrich and brother Nelson. Born on February 13th, 1916, "Nanny" resided most of her life in the Sherbrooke area and was known for her generosity, great cooking, hospitality, and was deeply loved by her large family and many friends. Arrangements are being handled by the Cass Funeral Home and interment will be in the spring at the Ayer's Cliff Protestant Cemetery. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, March 8th, 2014 from 2 to 4 pm at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville). Crawford, Stanley
Crawford - Stanley Albert Crawford passed away peacefully in the early morning of December 13th, 2013. Stan was born August 7th, 1947 in Sherbrooke, Quebec to Albert and Kathleen Crawford. Above all else, Stan put family first. From his growing up days with his brothers Donnie and Allan and his sister Shirley, Stan found joy in his family and friends. On August 24th, 1968, Stan married the love of his life, June Fullum and together they raised two sons, Kevin and Jason. Stan was an involved father coaching hockey teams, fishing and enjoying time spent with his sons and their circle of friends. Everyone who met Stan instantly felt the warmth and kindness of his welcoming nature. Stan worked in the newspaper industry his entire adult life and left a piece of his heart on The Toronto Sun pre press floor upon his retirement in 2002. He often talked with fondness of his days at The Financial Post and Sun and enjoyed sharing the many stories accumulated over the years. Stan leaves to mourn his passing: his wife June and their two sons Kevin (Lorinda) Crawford of Cambridge, Ontario and Jason (Rebecca) Crawford of Mississauga, Ontario. His grandchildren; Dylan, Karlee, Kristen, Michael, Hailey and Dayton, his stepmother Alberta Crawford, mother-in-law Alice Fullum, brothers Allan (Judy) Crawford and Timmy (Debby) Crawford, and very special brother in laws, sister in laws, nephews, nieces and cousins. Stan was predeceased by his parents Albert and Kathleen, his brother Donnie and his sister Shirley. Every member of Stan and June's family was of the upmost importance to Stan and he took pride in the wonderful relationships he created with each and every one of them. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17th at The Turner and Porter Funeral Home, Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Visitation will also be held at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St., Sherbrooke, on Friday December 20th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, and on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. A funeral mass will be held at theh Précieux-Sang Catholic Church, 785 rue Thibault, Sherbrooke, QC on Saturday December 21st at 2:00PM. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Coyle MacArthur, Jean
Passed away at the Wales Home, Richmond, on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late James Roberts and the late Murdo MacArthur. Loving aunt of Judy, Lynn, Jo-Ann, Colleen and Betty-Lou. In respect of her wishes, cremation was held. Interment of remains will be held in the Field of Honour Cemetery, Pointe-Claire, Que at a later date.
Wolters, Willi
Passed away peacefully at the Wales Home in Richmond, on Saturday August 14th, 2010, at the age of 88. Loving father of Ursula, Marianne (Lars Villadsen) and of the late Susannne. Willi also leaves to mourn, his grandchildren, his great grandchildren, and the mother of his children, Rigmor Wolters, along with several nieces and many friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral home, Richmond, where friends may visit on Wednesday August 18th from 1 to 1:50 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2:00. Interment will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery following the service.

Passed away at the Santé de la MRC Coaticook on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Adam and dear father of: Diane (the late Marcel Fournier), Daniel (Monique Gilbert), Johane, and Michel (Marie Roy); loving grandfather to: Eric, Patrick, Shannon, Marco, Catherine, Marie Lyne, Alexandre, Stephanie and Melissa. Aurelien will also be sadly missed by his great-grandchildren, and many friends. There will be visitation, in the presence of his ashes, at the Cass Funeral Home, 545 Dufferin, Stanstead, on Friday May 23rd from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a celebration of his life at 11:00. The family wish to thank the personnel of the Hébergement at the CLSC Coaticook, St. Catherine wing, for the wonderful care given to their father. After a courageous battle with cancer, Rena went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday March 6, 2014 at the age of sixty-eight. Special Wife of Stanley and loving mother of Troy and Tim. Dearest sister of Dale (Ruth) and Gary (Trudy). She will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. ANDREWS, Merritt (1932-2013) Peacefully at the Argyll Pavillion, Sherbrooke QC, on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the age of 81. Merritt was the beloved husband of Mary Walker and the loving father of Keith, Corey (Kerry) and Lana (Ross Oliver) and was the cherished grandfather of Emily and Abbie Andrews, Tyler, Tanya and Austin Oliver. He is survived by his brothers and sisters Elise Mayhew, Warren, Melba Stadler, Lenny and predeceased by his brother Keith. In respect of Merritt's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Addis-Sullivan. Peacefully at her home on the 12th of August 2013 in her 75th year, wife of the late Edward Sullivan, beloved mother of Mary-Anne (Scott), Douglas (Barbara), Patricia (Tom), Christina (Serge), Jennifer (Dany) and four grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie, Lynzey and Kody. She was a dear sister to Lawrence (Shirley), Gordon (Ginette), George (Dawn) and Betty-Ann (Terry). At her request, cremation will be held followed by a graveside service for friends and family at the Pearceton Cemetery, Stanbridge East, on Saturday August 17th at 1 pm, with the Rev. James Potter officiating.
