CARON (GIENI) - Lorraine. It is with great sadness that Lorraine's family announces her passing on October 15, 2005. Lorraine was born on January 3, 1945 in Moose Jaw, SK to Peter and Margaret Blazer. She is predeceased by her parents, her first husband, Victor Robert Gieni; her second partner, Barry Dirksen; brother-in-laws, Wilson Gieni, Lloyd Gieni, Bill Gieni, Leo Lavoie, Dale Nelson, Ken Iverson, Bob Hankins and sister-in-laws Victoria Stoner, Sylvia Gieni and Rose Nelson. Left to mourn her passing are her loving husband, JeanPierre; her sister Mary (Doug) Davis and their son Bruce; her children: Brenda (Brad) Senger and their children Brodie and Jerrod; Heather Gieni; Melissa (Garry Sears) Gieni and their children, Jillian, Devon and Kaitlyn, as well as numerous other brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. She retired from Smurfit MBI in January, 2005 after 35 years of service. The friendships and laughter enjoyed at work were very precious to her. The arrival of grandchildren brought great joy to her life. She was infinitely patient with each of them and celebrated their uniqueness. Lorraine is grateful to the 12 Step Program, and in particular the Fellowship Group for more than 8 years of serenity. Lorraine loved the time she spent relaxing at the cottage with Jean-Pierre. She also doted on her two dogs Hope and Higgins. Lorraine was a warm, giving wife and mother. She taught others about strength, courage, compassion for the less fortunate and resiliency in one's life. She loved to laugh and cherished the people who were a part of her life. A VISITATION will be held at Regina Funeral Home Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK, on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. A CELEBRATION of Lorraine's life will be held at Regina Funeral Home, on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. with Friar Dominic Tessier officiating. HUBENIG - Theodore Ted of Regina, SK, beloved husband of Clara, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on October 15, 2005 at the age of 75 with his family at his bedside. Ted leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 51 years, Clara, son Glen (Debra), daughter Sheila (special friend Dave), 3 grandchildren; Michael (Tracey) Hubenig, Shauna (Aaron) Mesch, Shilo Hubenig (special friend Nathan), 4 great grandchildren, Desiree, Mitchell, Victoria, and Samantha; sister Alma Taylor of Cranbrook, BC; sister-in-law Helen Hubenig of Melville, SK, Agnes (Victor) Baer of Broadview, SK, Matilda (Jack) Huhtala of Saskatoon, SK, brotherin-laws Gordon (Theresa) Newman of Regina, SK, Gerald (Beatrice) Newman of Regina, SK, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Ted was predeceased by his parents Michael and Elizabeth Hubenig, brothers: Ambrose, Wilhelm, Philip, Adam, and Wilfred; sister Eva; brother-in-laws Sam Senft, Peter Neumann, Anton Neumann, Albert Roth, Joe Bender and Buford Taylor; sister-in-laws Alma Hubenig, Sophie Roth, Eva Bender, and Julia Neumann. Ted enjoyed being with people. Put Dad in a room of strangers and within the hour he would have talked to them all. He was very proud of his family from sharing a birthday with his oldest grandson, Michael, to Shilo's baseball games, to there he is with his youngest great granddaughter, Samantha. Dad/ Grandpa was always ready to lend a hand to teach one of the kids how to do something. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. At Ted's request, a private family Memorial Service will be held. FISCHER (NEE LIGHTFOOT) - Darlene passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 30, 2005, surrounded by her family, at the age of 75 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Adolph in 2002. Darlene will be lovingly remembered by her children, Connie (Ron), Kathleen (Glen), Karen (Sid), Christine (Ted), Kevin, Kelly and Cary; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. HILL, IRENE (MCCALL) - left us to be with her Lord on October 30, 2005 in her 98th year. Predeceased by her husband Webb, daughter Daphine and husband Murray Wilkie and daughter-in-law Rose Hill. She is survived by her daughter Gloria (Bob) Thompson and son Darl. She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren, Donna (Wayne) Lewis, Dale (Sue) Thompson, Gail Wilkie, Joannie (Brian) Sedlik, Drew (Debbie) Wilkie and Norma Hill; great grandchildren Penny and Ryan Lewis, Robyn Sabbit, Lindsay Thompson, Jarrod and Darcy Wilkie; great, great grandchildren Lucas, Lance, Jessica, Brett, Logan, Alex, Wyatt, Amber and Mathew. Irene's many areas of interest included the Salvation Army Church and Home League, Orange Lodge (L.O.B.A.) where whe had held the position of Grand Mistress and she was an avid Saskatchewan Roughrider supporter holding season's tickets for more than 35 years. The family thanks the Sunset Extendicase staff for the kindness shown to our mother during her short stay with them. The service will be held at the Salvation Army Downtown Community Church, 2012 McIntyre Street on November 3, 2005 at 11 am. Interment at Regina Memorial Gardens with family and relatives. GUSTILOV, JIM - Late of Regina, passed away August 31, 2005. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Nettie, brother Bill (WWII). Survived and lovingly remembered by his sisters Evelyn Millar, Toronto, Betty (Al) Vogt, Chilliwack, brother Ed (Vi), Regina, nieces and nephews. Jim served with the Canadian Scottish Regiment (WWII). After his accident Jim lived a brave and courageous life as a patient of Sunny Brook (Veterans Wing) Hospital, Toronto for 44 years. Funeral was held Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005.

Irene is survived by two sons, Al, Jim (Karen) and their family, Greg, Mark and Erin; daughter, Sheila Boire (Jim) and their family, Rebecca, Emily and Aaron; two brothers, Art and Milton (Elaine) Rosom; and sister Edna Kramer.
