SCHLOSSER - Amelia, late of Regina, SK, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2003 at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her parents; husband John; son Joseph; son-in-law Val Klein; and two grandsons. Amelia is survived by her daughter Kay Klein of Calgary; son Paul (Carol) Schlosser; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2003 at 11:00 AM in Little Flower R.C. Church, 420 College Ave., Regina, SK, with Rev. Bill Mahoney, celebrant. Interment will follow at Fillmore Cemetery. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2003 at 10:00 AM in Little Flower R.C. Church. Arrangements are in the care of LEE FUNERAL HOME 757-8645

COLE - ROSE ANN. Rose passed away peacefully on September 29, 2003 after a very lengthy illness. Born on March 13, 1933 in Edinburgh, Scotland and raised in England, Rose immigrated to Canada in 1957 where she lived in Windsor, ON, Moose Jaw, Regina & Wolseley, SK. Rose was predeceased by her sister Irene in childhood, her father William Wilkinson, her Mother Jemima (Farqhar) Wilkinson, a daughter Vivienne in childbirth and former husband Ronald Cole. Rose is survived by her two daughters Donna (Keefe) Taylor of Wolseley, SK and Cheryl (Mark) Sweet of Regina, SK. Seven grandchildren, Shane DeSoysa of Toronto, Carla, Trent, Joshua & Kyle Taylor and Sheena & Brandon Sweet and two great grandchildren Kayla and Logann. Rose will be remembered as a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She loved to paint and prior to her ill health she spread joy to many by giving away one of her paintings. Rose was a champion in life and death battling ulcerative colitis, breast cancer, Parkinson's disease, osteoarthritis and multiple mylenoma. At Rose's request there will not be a funeral. Rose will be cremated and interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers anyone wishing to make a donation in Rose's memory to the "Friends of Unit 3B" at the Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdeny Ave. Regina SK, S4T 1A5, where Rose's daughter Donna is currently undergoing treatment and care. Donna and Cheryl wish to thank the many Doctors, Nurses and Care Providers who have assisted in their Mum's care the past few years. Special thanks to Mum's Angels at the Wascana Rehabilitation Long Term Care Unit Main 6 where she resided until her passing. Arrangements in care of the Regina Funeral Home (789-8850).

COUESLAN - Accidentally, on Saturday, September 27, 2003, Adrien D. Coueslan, Wolseley, Sask., beloved husband of the late Elfie Coueslan, died at the age of 81 years. The interment of cremated remains will take place in the Wolseley Cemetery, Wolseley, Sask. on Saturday, October 4, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Predeceased by his wife Elfie in 2000, his parents, Adrien and Maria Coueslan, two sisters: Madeline Wallace and Anne Schneider and one brother Maurice Coueslan. Mr. Coueslan is survived by his brother Alfred (Astrid) Coueslan, Humboldt, Sask. and his sisters: Maria Faubert, Montmartre, Sask.; Lucienne Ritmiller, Regina, Sask.; Marguerite MacPherson, Vancouver, B.C. and Cecile Coueslan, Wolseley, as well as his nieces and nephews. Mr. Coueslan is also survived by Edna (George) Boehnert, Wolseley, and Verna (John) Baran, Wolseley as well as his grandchildren: Kim (Basil) Banbury, Macee, Josee and Olee, Wolseley; Kitt (Greg) Bank, Sintaluta, Sask.; Karmen (Darwin) Hess, Dayle, Brett, Shyla and Laramy, Wolseley; Chris (Vivian) Baran, Shea-Lynn, Ethan and Isaac, Wolseley; Celine (Paul) Thompson, Trey, Kohl, Caleb and Liam, Gainsborough, Sask.; Melissa Baran, Tiawan. Adrien was a very special grandpa and a unique individual who will be missed by all. MCDONALD — Pearl passed away on August 8, 2003 at the age of 75 after a long and courageous struggle with cancer. Pearl is predeceased by her parents Cora and Russell Pate and brother Roger. She will be united with her precious daughter Donna Batty who passed away in February 2001. Pearl is sadly missed by her husband Allan (Mickey) of 50 years, son Bob (Marilyn) of Outlook and daughters Laurie (Bob) Smith of Limerick and Brenda of Regina, and sonin-law Gerald Batty of Humboldt. Her special grandchildren are Tracy, Ryan, Erin, Kara, Mark, Derek, Raschelle, and Karleen, and great-grandchildren Amanda and Brianna. Mom loved the special times she spent with her family. She was grateful for her many caring friends and neighbours who helped and supported her through her illness. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave. with Cliff Geiger officiating. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Friends attending the service may want to bring one flower (perhaps from your garden) to contribute to a special friendship bouquet. MOISIUK — COLBY JAMES passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 7, 2003. Colby was born in Regina and attended St. Augustine and St. Matthew's schools and was a member of St. Martin Church. He enjoyed playing the trombone, loved playing football. Colby especially loved being with his dog Sparky. Colby is predeceased by his father, Geoffrey Moisiuk, in April of 2001, his grandfathers and an aunt.
