Peacefully at Gateway Haven in Wiarton Monday morning May 1, 2006. Charles Mole of Wiarton at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the former Lenore Kearns. Loving father of Alfred and his wife Joyce of Lometa, Texas and Sharon and her husband Charles Gough of Southampton. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Jim Mole and Jeff, Rodger and Sarah Gough. Dear brother of Ralph and his wife Florence of R.R.#3, Wiarton, Roberta Greig of Owen Sound, Uriel and her husband Carl Gates of Owen Sound, Joan and her husband Ted Dickinson of R.R.#1, Allenford and Sandra Mole of Shallow Lake. Dear brother-in-law of Leta Richards of Wiarton. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by two brothers Frank and Jim Mole and four sisters; Wilda Moore, Evelyn Lisk, Reta Ottewell and Lillian Buckton. Cherished father of Wayne and his wife Annette of Barrie, Mary Hodge of Kincardine, Roselene and her husband Loran Fry of Kincardine, Ken and his wife Carole of Underwood, Tracey and her husband Bill Moore of Langley, B.C., and Kerry Robinson and her partner George Brown of Hepworth. Lovingly remembered by his eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Dearly missed by his close companion Gertrude Meier, his children; Charmaine Lang of B.C., Dan (Cindy) Clifford and Monty (Heather) Clifford and their mother Audrey Clifford all of Saskatchewan. Lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren; Candace, Jilleen, Spencer, Courtney, Chelsey, Brandon and Shaylyn. Dear son of Doris Clifford of Owen Sound. Dear brother of Garfield (Marion) of Southampton, Carol Trent of Victoria, B.C. and Pauline (Ron) Fenton of Oliphant. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces. Loving mother of Margaret and her husband John Leiher of Kitchener, Jim and his wife Marie of Tara, Forbes and his wife Patricia of Wiarton, Eileen and her husband Vittorio Polsoni of Aurora and Mary and her husband Robert Forrester of Waterloo. Beloved husband of the former Betty O’Neil. Loving Dad of Patti Menard of Windsor, Laura Hache and her husband Ron of Fergus and Bob O’Neil of Cambridge. Dear father-in-law of Sherri Patterson of Windsor. Dear brother of Allan Patterson and his wife Marlene of Windsor. Lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren; George, John, Megan, Samantha, Krystine, Jacob and Justin and one great-grandson; Laine. Predeceased by his son Peter. Doug was a retired Fire Captain with the Windsor Fire Department, long time into ownership and restoration of antique autos and as of later years co-owner of Lavender Forest Gardens, Wiarton.
