Morris Gene Beck, of Hand Hills
September 1, 1930 to Janaury 17, 2005
Morris Gene Beck, beloved husband of Ella Beck passed away suddenly on Monday, January 17, 2005 at the age of 74 years.
Besides his loving wife Ella, Morris is survived by his children Terry (Carol); Kathy (Len); Robin (Vicki); Barb (Glen); Darrell; Lorna and Dollene (Trevor).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Morris Beck to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at the Hand Hills Community Hall.
KELLERMAN, Raymond Henry
Raymond Henry Kellerman, a good and gentle man, passed away peacefully on October 15th, 2014 in the Hinton Hospital at the age of 88 years.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Agnes Kellerman and their four children: Chris (Beverlee) Kellerman, Debbie Kellerman (Yves Quintal), Ty (Cathy) Kellerman and their children, Amanda and Trevor and grandchildren Dillan, Yvonne and Austin, and Larry (Angie) Kellerman as well as their adopted granddaughters Genevieve (Paul) Chambers and their children Nora and Dawson and Patricia (Brandon) McDonald and their daughters Kara and Chole.
Ray was born in Bruno, Saskatchewan on July 16th, 1926. He and Agnes moved to Hinton in 1957 where they raised their family.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 18th, 2014 at the Hinton Good Companion Centre. Hinton, Alberta

Hafso, Herman
HAFSO, Herman Fredrick 1921 - 2006 Mr. Herman Hafso of Viking, Alberta passed away peacefully on April 9th, 2006 at the age of 85 years. He is survived by his wife Joyce, his five children, five step-children, 27 grandchildren, four brothers, three sisters and numerous other relatives and friends. Herman was predeceased by his wife Evelyn in 1978, and step-daughter Jackie in 2002. A Funeral Service will be held at the Golden Valley Lutheran Church, Viking, AB on Thursday, April 13th, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Alvin Sorenson officiating. Interment will follow at the Golden Valley Cemetery. Donations in Herman's memory may be made to the Golden Valley Lutheran Church Building Fund, Viking, AB. or to the Viking Legion #81. KEYES, Brian
January 15th, 1947 – October 8th, 2014
IT IS WITH BROKEN HEARTS THAT THE FAMILY OF BRIAN KEYES WISH TO ANNOUNCE HIS PASSING on October 8th, 2014 at age 67 with family and friends at his side.
Brian was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his wife Denise, daughter Ronda Kuhn (Donna), son Ryan Kuhn (Theresa) and his two precious grandchildren Alora and Ashton, his mother Beatrice, sister Evelyne (Bob) Wild, brother Lyle Keyes (Irma), sister Lois (Glenn) Haggart, sister June (Pat) McPhee, brother Doug Keyes (Valerie), sister Gloria (Al) Brady, two sisters–in–law Terry Meek and Jackie Quigley, brother–in–law David (Lynne) Dame, and father–in–law Harry Torp and his aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and one adorable great great niece.
Brian was predeceased by his father Ray in 2001.
A “Celebration of Life” will take place at the Carrot Creek Community Hall, Carrot Creek, Alberta on Saturday, November 8th, 2014 at 2:00 PM.

GABRIELSON, John Edward
On December 20, 2010, Mr. John Edward Gabrielson of Edmonton passed away at the age of 74 years. John is survived by his loving wife, Evyln; one daughter and two sons, Pam Marie (Bernie) Funk, Jim (Lauretta) and Cory; two granddaughters, Shyla and Jona; three sisters and two brothers, Lillian, Lorna (Al), Fay, Joe (Vivian) and Lawrence (Claire); numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents, Axel and Emma; siblings, Vernon, Harry, Myrtle, Alice, Edwin and Louie. Memorial Service Saturday, January 8 at 11:30 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
MARSHALL, Wilda (Judy)
On December 30th, Wilda (Judy) Marshall, Hinton resident and formerly of the Coal Branch passed away in Hinton at the age of 86 years.
Left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory, her sons; Robbie Marshall of Red Deer, Alberta, Duane Marshall of Bickerdike, Alberta and Billy Marshall of Hinton, Alberta and grandchildren Robert, Josh, Amber and Zach as well as her sister Janet Mathews and family of Edmonton, Alberta.
There are numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn.
Wilda was predeceased by her husband Les Marshall in 1973 as well as her parents Gladys and Edward Cowling and sisters Evelyn Kazmir and Jessie Hedberg.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service is planned for a later date.
