It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Olive Clarke at the age of 81 years.
Olive has gone to be with her loving husband who passed away in August and she will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Ronald (Cathy Hill), James (Theresa) and William (Jalikatu) Clarke, three grandchildren Olive, Joseph and James. Olive will also be missed by her siblings Bob (Doreen) Stenhouse, Betty (George) Trochylakis and Ross (Brenda) Svenkeson as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Donations in memory of Olive may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

PHAIR, Shirley - On Tuesday, October 23, 2007 Mrs. Shirley Phair of Edmonton passed away at the age of 81. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughters, Wendee (Robert) Nicoll, Trudee (Lloyd) Panter; grandchildren, Christopher (Valerie) Nicoll, Jason (Suzette) Panter, Jeffery Panter, James (Kerri) Nicoll, Trent Panter, Todd (Jamie) Panter, Patrick Nicoll, Troy Phair, Sheryl Phair, Malinda; great-grandchildren, Keltie and Heather Nicoll, Jonathan and Andrew Panter, Clayton Panter, Mary and Robert Nicoll, Kyle Walker, Liam and Kirsten Panter, Michael, Steven and Angela Phair. Shirley was predeceased by her loving husband, William (Billie) 1988; son, Dannee 1989; grandson, Timothy Panter 1965; sisters, Marjorie Stone 1988, Audrey Ballah 1990; brothers, Oswald Powell 1995, Ronald Powell, 1994.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 in Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton with interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of floral tributes donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Cross Cancer Institute, c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Umsonst, Ulrich "Ollie" - It is with sadness that family and friends announce the passing of Ulrich Umsonst, on October 21, 2007, at the age of 77.
Ulrich will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife Lisbeth and his son Lawrence and wife Norma, sister Anni and husband Karl, as well as many friends in Germany and Canada.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.

Mr. Lyle George Korber
August 9, 1937 - October 27, 2007
KORBER, LYLE GEORGE - It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Lyle Korber. Lyle passed away peacefully at the University Hospital on Saturday, October 27, 2007.
Born August 9, 1937 to Herschel & Ila Korber, Lyle spent the first few years of his life in Sangudo until his family moved to Edmonton where Lyle resided until his death. Lyle leaves behind Marion, his loving wife of 40 years; his brother Earl, sister-in-law, Leona (Lee), his nephews, Collin Korber, Brad (Raya) Korber and two grandnieces, Reagan and Lauren. He will be sadly missed by his numerous friends, in particular the men from Woodward's with whom Lyle worked for his entire career. Lyle was an ardent golfer and curled many years in the Woodward's Curling League.
Lyle requested that no service be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation.

FORESTER, VIOLET MAY - On October 28, 2007 Violet Forester of Millet passed away at the age of 85 years. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Sharon, two grandchildren; Victoria (Lee) and Steven (Michele), and four great grandchildren; Scott, Sarah, Seth and Kobe. She is also survived by two brothers and two sisters. Violet was predeceased by her husband George and son Lyle. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
