MURRAY - Enid Mary Murray, beloved wife of Stanley Murray of Calgary, passed away November 8, 1997 at the Beverly Centre at the age of 83 years. Enid was born in Melville, Saskatchewan on October 20, 1914. She lived with her family in Melville, Yorkton and Regina before moving to Calgary in December 1955. Besides her husband of sixty years, Enid is survived by her four children, Carol and her husband Al, David, Allen and his wife Laurie, and Robert; six grandchildren, Donna and her husband Frank, Leigh and his wife Carolyn, Diane, Robert, Kate and Scott; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother George Coombs of Minnesota. Enid was a long time member and past Matron of Bow Valley Chapter No. 5 of Eastern Star. She was also a member of the Calgary Gyrettes. A gentle woman, Enid possessed a quiet dignity which inspired those around her. This gracious lady was well respected and admired by all who knew her and she will be sadly missed. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY, "Fish Creek Chapel", (14441 Bannister Road S.E.), on Wednesday, November 12, 1997 at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Donald C. MacMahon of the United Church of Canada officiating. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Beverly Centre for the care that Enid received while a resident, and for the special care and attention that was given to her family. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Parkinson's Society of Southern Alberta, 480 D - 36 Avenue S.E., Calgary, Alberta T2G 1W4, or the charity of the donor's choice. In living memory of Enid Murray, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES, "Park Memorial Chapel", 5008 ELBOW DRIVE S.W., CALGARY. (11/10/1997).

COLEMAN - Donald Eric Coleman, beloved husband of Wendy Coleman of Calgary, passed away suddenly at the Foothills Hospital on June 24, 1997 at the age of 38 years. A native Calgarian, Don resided here all of his life. Don graduated from James Fowler High School in 1977 then attended S.A.I.T. to study Architectural Technology. For the last several years Don enjoyed designing homes through his own company "Creative Home Designs". Always an avid outdoorsman he particularly enjoyed camping and cycling with his family. Don was a wonderful dad, a marvelous husband, and a great son and brother. He was an entertaining storyteller with a kind, soft nature and a smile that touched people and helped him connect with others. All who knew him will miss him tremendously. Besides his wife, Don is survived by two daughters, Jeana and Lindsay, both at home. He is also survived by his parents, Richard and Muriel; his sister and brother-in-law, Valerie and Robert Marko; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary and Noel Phillips, and Wendy's two sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly and Gary Garton, Debbie and Bill Boyle; and their families. He will also be lovingly remembered by numerous other relatives. Funeral Services will be held at Pleasant Heights United Church (1112 - 19 Avenue N.W.), today, June 27, 1997 at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Douglas Cowan officiating. Private Family Graveside Service to follow at St. Barnabas' Anglican Church Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1825 Park Road S.E., Calgary, Alberta T2G 3Y6. COLLINS - "Carry Me Home" Audrey Ann (Nazar) Collins of Calgary passed away at the Peter Lougheed Hospital at the age of 56 years on July 22, 1997. She is survived by her children, Corinna Lynn Collins-Warner and husband Hank, Singapore; Sherri-Dawn Ludvigson and husband Gordon, Surrey, B.C. and granddaughter Sarah Collins; David Bradley Collins, Vancouver; and Jason Brett Collins and fiancee Sharon Brown, Calgary. Also surviving are her father William Nazar, Portage La Prairie, Manitoba; sisters, Patricia Piper, London, Ontario, Alexandra Jackson and husband Ted of Kelowna, B.C.; and brother Daniel Nazar and wife Marilyn, Langruth, Manitoba; her nieces and nephews, Robert and Lorrie Piper, and Peter and Jane Nazar. Audrey was predeceased by mother Nellie Nazar and nephew Greg Jackson. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 1825 Park Road S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 3Y6. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for Prayers at LEYDEN'S "Chapel of Remembrance" (17 Avenue and 2 Street S.W.), this evening, Wednesday, July 23, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E.), on Thursday, July 24, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. MULDER - Rudolf Johan Erick passed away after a lengthy illness September 6, 1997 at the Rising Sun Long Term Care in Black Diamond. Born April 28, 1911 in The Hague, Holland. Rudy was the third of four sons of Adrianus and Constance. Rudy grew up in the Dutch colony of Java where his father was the governor and spent his early years travelling the world with his family,. In 1925, when his father retired, the family immigrated to homestead in Millarville in 1982. Rudy was a life member of Corinthian #22 Lodge of Okotoks. Kanaskis held a life-long fascination for Rudy and he explored the area with pack horses capturing the early years with numerous photos, He continued to photograph the mountains, the community events and scenes of Red Deer Lake, Millarville and much of the world as he travelled extensively with his wife Selina,. Rudy delighted in showing slides on his giant screen, raising palomino horses and Hereford cattle and in attending community aurion sales, He si survived by his children: Constance Prentice (John), Calmar, Alberta; Joan Chapman (George), Okotoks; Bonnie Herriman (Darren), Millarville; and Douglas, Calgary. Six grandchildren: Heather, Maureen and Fergus Prentice; Alexis Chapman; Tonja and Ryan Brown. His brother, Fritho (lillias) Mulder, Calgary and cousin Katy Mulder, Holland. He was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Selina, on July 23, 1997; his brothers Erick, 1955 (Jessie, 1981) and Bert, 1963 (Kathleen, 1991). Funeral Services Thursday, September 11, 1997, 10:00 am at Christ Church, Millarville with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Snodgrass Funeral Home, Okotoks, in charge of arrangements. Memorial tributes may be made in Rudy's memory to Rising Sun Long Term Care, Black Diamond, T0L 0H0 (9/10/1997).

MUNROE - Malcolm "Bud" passed away on June 18, 1997, at 58 years. Survived by his loving wife Lorraine Lavalley; his mother Jessie; daughter Sheryl Ann Maylan, son-in-law Thomas Maylan, grandchildren, Travis, Justin and Ashley; sisters, Marlene Charlton, Gail Hehr, Georgina Frank; brothers, Ed and Mark. Predeceased by his brother Hugh. A Celebration of Bud's life will be held on Wednesday, June 25 at MEMORIES FUNERAL CHAPEL, 12705 Lake Fraser Drive S.E., Calgary, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bud's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements in care of MEMORIES FUNERAL CHAPEL, 12705 Lake Fraser Drive S.E. (6/25/1997).

COCKER - Margaret "Ann" Cocker passed away peacefully at home on September 8, 1997, at the age of 74 years. She will be deeply missed by her three sons, John (Janie) Moody, Andrew (Elizabeth) Cocker, and Tim Cocker (Maura Reynolds); four grandchildren, Guthrie, Nicola and Justin Moody, and Robert Cocker; as well as her sister Sylvia Stover. Ann was predeceased by her husband Robert in 1983. She had over thirty years of service in Scouts Canada. Memorial Services will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, 1121 - 14 Avenue S.W., on Saturday, September 13, 1997 at 2:00 p.m., the Reverend Canon R. Robert Purdy officiating. If friends desire, donations may be made directly to Home Care, Palliative Care, Box 4016, Station C, 320 - 17 Avenue S.W., Calgary, T2T 5T1. FOSTER'S FUNERAL HOMES Jacques Chapel, Directors. UENO - Mrs. Yoko Ueno passed away peacefully at the Foothills Hospital on Friday, September 12, 1997 with her loving family at her bedside. Private family Services were held in the Rose Chapel of Pierson's Funeral Home on Sunday September 14, 1997. Her remains have been forwarded to Tokyo, Japan for further Services and burial. Funeral and forwarding arrangements were handled by PIERSON'S FUNERAL SERVICES LTD. (9/17/1997).
