Virginia Florence Green passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning January 9, 2008. She is pre-deceased by her husband Jake, sister Geraldine and parents Anne and John Chmelyk. She is survived by her siblings Roger, Joan, Bob and Helen, her Children James, John and Jay-Lyn, her grandchildren Cherie, Jacob, Travis, Colten and Great grandchild Cheyanna.
She was the most wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend and the most amazing woman. She will be sorely missed and forever in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness at 1:00 pm at 1672 Salton Road, Abbotsford, B.C.

Isabella Heywood (nee Wallace), born on May 20, 1914 in Edinburgh, Scotland, Ella met the love of her life, John in 1942 during WWll. After a very brief courtship, they married on March 29, 1943. John was returned to Abbotsford where Ella joined him on their small farm on Mt. Lehman Road after giving birth to their first daughter Patricia (Colin) in 1946. It wasn't an easy life for Ella, but she worked hard and gave birth to another daughter, Elizabeth Ann (Dave) and a son, Douglas (Charlotte).
On January 31st, 2008, John passed from brain cancer, Ella's love for John was so great that she could not continue to live without him. On March 9th 2008, Ella passed peacefully, at home, with her daughters and son beside her.

Mrs. Catherine "Kay" Simone Dupuis passed away peacefully on March 8, 2008 at the age of 89.
Kay is lovingly remembered by her family, 2 sons Bob and Chuck (Terri), 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother Charles, 3 sisters-in-law, Rose, Anne and May and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 6:00 pm at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to BC Children's Hospital.
The family would like to thank Dr. Henderson and the staff at Tabor Court, Menno Hospital and MSA Hospital for their care and support.

Vincent Herbert Davies passed away at the age of 82 on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at home with family at his side.
He was pre-deceased by his wife Bertha, parents Herb and Florence, brothers Edwin and Jack, sister Myrtle. He will be lovingly remembered by his 3 daughters, Sharon (Stan) Papp, Bonnie (Carl) Penner, Arlene (Dale) Hildebrandt; 2 sons, Rick (Patricia) Davies and Terry Davies; 2 sisters, Olive (Benny) Benson and Helen Schiedel; 1 brother, Lloyd (Carol) Davies; 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial tea will be held in celebration of his life on Saturday, March 15 2008 from 1-4 p.m. at Hatzic Prairie Hall, Farms Road, Hatzic Prairie, B.C.
Vince will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Mr. Henry Neufeld passed away on March 7 2008 at the age of 92 in Abbotsford B.C. He was pre-deceased by his infant daughter, Parents and 8 siblings. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Sara, daughter Almut (Gerd) Loewen of Abbotsford, son Hartwig (Tina) of Lone Butte, son Hugo (Helen) of Aldergrove, daughter Edith (Egon) Fedrau of Abbotsford, daughter Kathy (Hartmut) Walde of Langley, son Ted (Elvena) of White Rock, son Karl (Johanna) of Surrey, 33 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service was held on March 12 2008 at Maclure Mennonite Cemetery with Pastor Ernst Janzen officiating, and a memorial service followed at King Road Mennonite church with Pastor Heins Schartner officiating.

Early morning, March 6, 2008 a wonderful brother, son and nephew. James Percy Saunders, better known as "Jim, " peacefully passed away in his sleep. Born in 1951, Jim was 57 years old at the time of his passing. Jim was pre-deceased by his father, mother, brother, brother-in-law (Larry Becker) and many friends.
Formerly a resident of Sardis; Jim is survived by his sister Edna Becker, Aunt Marg, Boyd, Uncle Jim and Aunt Don Baker, cousins and his extended family at Grant Street East, Clearbrook. A graveside service for Jim Saunders will be held early summer.

Katherine Anne Carter (Murphy) passed away after a brief and courageous battle with cancer, with her husband Chris, and friend Ernie by her side, at the age of 48. She is survived by her loving husband Chris Calverley, mother and father, Noela Langtree and Roy Murphy, sister Peggy Murphy (Steve and nephew Jesse Wheeler), aunts Joan, Margaret and Bernice, and uncles George and Chuck. Kathy will be fondly remembered for her work with school children; especially for her loving, kind and gentle spirit and her ready smile. She loved and valued her friendships. Her family and friends will never forget her unconditional love, support and generosity. She will be greatly missed. A “Celebration of Life” service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 32420 7th ave, Mission, B.C. WIENS - Tina passed into the presence of her Lord on May 19, 2008 at the age of 87 years. She was pre-deceased by her sister Annie Toews in 2000 and her brother Abe Janz in 2000. She is survived by her loving family: husband Kornelius, children David (Vivienne), Vic (Karen), Benjamin, Esther and Martha (Lindsay) Chambers; 5 grandchildren: Cheryl and Michael Wiens, and Naomi, Pauline and Joel Chambers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 22 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. in Clearbrook MB Church, 2719 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Avant Ministries, (formerly Gospel Missionary Union) 2121 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, MB R2G 1P8, for the Málaga Media Centre, Spain, a radio outreach to the people of Morocco.
