Paul Jobbagy passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2008 in Mission, BC at the age of 70 years. Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jackie; sons Rick and Doug (Karen); grandchildren Chris, Samantha, Jessica and Shaylie; his mother Rose; brother Ray; sisters Stella and Thelma and their families. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 27, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St., Mission. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 32550 7th Avenue, Mission with Father Wilfred Gomes celebrant. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation, 13750 - 96th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 1Z2.

Erma passed away peacefully on March 20, 2008 at the age of 86 in Mission, B.C. She was pre-deceased by her parents John and Evelyna Campbell, her husband Duane (Bud), brothers Frank and Bill Campbell, son Michael Hards, and daughter Joan Manke. She will be sadly missed by her survivors; son Bill (Linda) Hards of Penticton, Carol Penner of Abbotsford, son Rick (Debbie) Hards of Prince George, daughter Linda (Dean) Monds of Abbotsford, daughter Diane (Alan) Jansen of Yarrow, and son Keith Hards of Mission, as well as her 22 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Erma enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, as well as long drives around the Mission area where she grew up. She loved playing cards, helping her children and grandchildren with their studies, reading books and watching the Shirley Temple movies. She spent her last few years in Mission E.C.U. enjoying the many activities and outings there.
We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and support staff at Mission E.C.U. for her comfort and care during her extended stay. She will always be remembered for pouring her heart and soul into her family. Her very giving, loving, and generous personality will be greatly missed. We will love you forever. Mom

Frieda Neufeld late of Menno Home passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord on March 19, 2008, at age 96 years.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Ernie (Marianne) Neufeld, Rudy (Lynne) Neufeld, Karen (George) Schmidt and Rolf (Morag) Neufeld; grandchildren, Evelyn (Matt) Konshuh, Diane (Greg) Bridges, Ron (Rochelle) Neufeld, Paula Neufeld, Carla (Rob) Bryce, Robert (Nancy) Schmidt, Karis (Jeff) Boetto, Rachel (Jeremy) Young, Mark (Nikki) Neufeld, Bradley (Laresa) Neufeld, and Steven Neufeld; and 18 great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband Henry Jacob in 1977
Before coming to the Menno Pavilion and later the Menno Home, she was active in volunteer work at the Clearbrook Golden Age Society Kitchen, MCC Thrift Store, the Red Cross and her church.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 24 at West Abbotsford Mennonite Church at 9:30 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Greendale Cemetery. A Memorial Service was held at 1:30 p.m. from West Abbotsford Mennonite Church.
Special thanks to the staff at the Menno Home for their kind and loving care.

An electrician by trade, an Aviator and inventor at heart, Marv touched everyone he met with his infectious smile and generous heart. He was Dad, Friend and Mentor to all that passed thru his door, which was always open. Louise passed away on March 18, 2008 at the age of 99. She was born in Russia on June 1, 1908 and emigrated to Canada with her family in 1924. The family pioneered in Northern Alberta. In 1942 they moved to the Fraser Valley and resided here ever since.
Louise was a resourceful woman, running a small farm with her children, while her husband worked away from home as a steam fitter. Her favorite pastimes were fishing on the banks of the Fraser River and sewing blankets at the M.C.C.
Louise is survived by 3 children; Alice (Alfred), William (Anne) and Amanda. 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was pre-deceased by her husband, John, one son, Walter and one grandchild, David.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on March 25, 2008. A memorial service to follow at 3:30 p.m. in the Azalea room at the Garden Park Tower, 101-2825 Clearbrook Road.

With great sadness, we share the passing of Satpal Narang on Monday March 17th, 2008. He passed away peacefully at MSA Hospital. Survived by his loving wife Darshan, daughters Susan, Anita, Monica, and son Jessy. Satpal was also the proud Grandfather of Ashton, Cevina, and Tyson. Friends and family will all dearly miss Satpal's kind nature, warm smile and generous spirit.

John was born in Mission and died in MSA Hospital, one day before his 60th birthday. John is pre-deceased by his brother, Jim in 2001, and his son, Luke in 2006.
He is survived by his parents, Dr. & Mrs. Jim Marcellus, his siblings, Libby and Chris, son, Jude, granddaughters, Keysha and Samantha, grandson, Derek, nieces, nephews, and the family of Marta Velarde.
The Marcellus family would like to thank the ER staff at MSA Hospital, including Dr. Reg Peters, Social Worker Sue Jensen, and the nursing staff for their compassion, kindness, and professionalism. There will be a private funeral for John.

On Sunday, March 16, 2008 Mrs. Jeltje Jessie Kooistra of Chase (formerly of Sorrento) passed away peacefully at the remarkable age of 99 years. She was the last of her generation.
Jessie was pre-deceased in 2002 by her husband John, of 70 years, her two brothers and sister, her daughter in law Ann of Westwold and great grandson Cory of Kamloops.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three children Henry (Carol) of Westwold, Tim (Phyllis) of Sorrento and Susan (Harry) Bryant of Mission; ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. Jessie is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Holland who always kept in touch with and remembered their Tanta Jeltje.
She was born November 15, 1908 in Holland. Jessie married John on July 23, 1932 and together they came to Canada in 1948 settling in Diamond City, Alberta. Moving to Rocky Mountain House, Alberta for a year or two and then to Mission, B.C. in 1953, where they dairy farmed. In 1971 they moved to the quiet retired life of Sorrento. In 2002, she moved to the Sorrento Lions Manor where wonderful friendships grew, especially with Myrtle, Kurt, Russ and others. The last two years were spent at Parkside Estates in Chase, where she received wonderful loving care.
John and Jessie spent many years as "snow birds" traveling to Yuma, Arizona each winter to their second home, Jessie said this was her favorite place to be. During the spring and summer they would spend there time fishing together at many local lakes. Jessie enjoyed playing cards, bingo and carpet bowling, and she knitted the best socks!
Her family was her life and she loved to spend time with them over a cup of tea and game of crib.
As were her wishes, no formal service will be held. In the spring her family will gather and inter her & John's cremated remains together for all time.

Mary passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord on May 24, 2008 at her home surrounded by family members. Mary was born in Manitoba and moved with her family to Yarrow in 1944. She married John Unger on July 16, 1955. They resided in Yarrow for 64 years. Mary was a school teacher, and then became a loving mother and grandmother to four children, and eight grandchildren. Mary will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her husband John; her children Lois (Erv) Warkentin, Mark (Sheryl), Eunice (Stan) Kroeker, Paul (Kathryn); her grandchildren Logan and Clayton Warkentin, Shauna and Travis Unger, Vanessa and Jason Kroeker, Nathanael and Hannah Unger; her sisters Martha, Annie and Erma Wiebe. She was pre-deceased by her sister Kay Wiebe in 2006. Viewing will be held on Friday, May 30 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. A graveside committal service will be held on Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. at Yarrow Cemetery, followed by a memorial service in Yarrow MB Church, 41995 Yarrow Central Rd., Yarrow, BC at 11:30 a.m. The family would like to thank the staff at Tabor Court for all of their care since moving there recently from Yarrow.
