Shaun was born September 10, 1984 in Moose Jaw, SK to his proud parents, Brent and Janine Richmond. From an early age, Shaun was a busy boy and was never one to sit still. If he wasn’t tinkering in the workshop, he was riding his dirt bike or snowmobile. As soon as he could hold a screw driver, he was trying to fix things and if it wasn’t broken, he would simply take things apart to see how it worked. As soon as he could walk, he became his dad’s shadow, spending countless hours with him on the tractor or combine. Shaun and his father shared their passion for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and quading. Shaun was a very determined and strong willed individual and once he set his mind to doing something, he did it to his fullest. Shaun had a way about him, wherever he went or whatever he did. He easily made friends with young and old alike and touched so many lives. Shaun was a son, a brother, a husband, an uncle, a father and always a friend. He was tragically taken from us doing what he loved most and wouldn’t have wanted to go any other way.
