PHYLLIS ANGELINE WIPFLI
October 5, 1922 - April 10, 2009
Phyllis Angeline passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2009, at home in the arms of her loving family.
Phyllis was born October 5, 1922 in Hagersville, Ontario, the second child for parents, James and Margaret Laforme.
Phyllis met Clifford Wipfli, an army fellow, when he was stationed in Hamilton, Ontario.
They fell in love and got married on January 4, 1944.
Clifford was sent overseas when Phyllis was pregnant with their first son, John.
After the war was over, Clifford packed up his little family and brought them home to Giscome, B.C., where they ran a family sawmill and farmed for many years.
In the spring of 1978, they sold the farm, and moved to Prince George.
Phyllis is predeceased by husband, Clifford; father, James Laforme; mother, Margaret King; stepfather, Norman King; brother, William; sister, Ervine; and grandson, Myles Robins.
Phyllis is survived by her sons: John Wipfli, Bill (Darlene) Wipfli and Ken Wipfli; her daughters: Mryna Robins and Lori-Ann (Jim) Hamm, all of Prince George.
Phyllis is also survived by grandchildren: Lisa (Roger) LeClerc, Ryan Robins, Cory (Brenda) Wipfli, Shauna Oman, Ken Wipfli, Jr., Erin Hamm (Guy), Jamie (Andrew) Menu, Haley Hamm (Adam).
Phyllis also has 11 great-grandchildren whom she cherished dearly.
A Celebration of Phyllis's life will be held at a later date.
Doyle, Theodore Edward
October 5, 1931 - February 26, 2009
Ted Doyle peacefully went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2009, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He was born October 5, 1931, in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Ted was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He was well-known for his beautiful red and white trucks of Ted Doyle Trucking. He will be dearly missed. Ted was survived by his loving wife, Kay Doyle; his children, Bruce Doyle (Shelley), Helen Barwise, and Colleen (Ray Gibson); grandchildren, Dan, Amy, Laura, Ethan, Jessica, Krista and Ory; brothers: Mike (Evelyn), Chet (Evelyn), Larry (Gladys) and Leonard (Clara); sisters: Johanna Dalziel, Marg Crouch, Nora Hunter and Dorothy (Bill Edwards).
Predeceased by parents: Martin Henry & Elizabeth Doyle, brothers: Joe, Don and Archie; sisters: Edna, Luella & Ethel and children Cathy & David.
A special thanks to Dr. D. Reddy and all the homecare workers and nurses who spent countless hours caring for Ted.
There will be no service at Ted's request.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prince George Hospice House in thanks for their wonderful staff. God Bless.

John passed away on February 24, 2009, at the age of 63 years.
Survived by his partner of 22 years, Cyndy Gosse; guide dog: Nasa; long-time good friend: Joanne MacGregor.
Predeceased by parents: Ian & Lyda Morrison.
No service by request.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring - notice will be issued later.

Marie passed away February 23rd, at the age of 83 years.
She is survived by son: Brian (Mary); daughter: Charlene (Lenny); 8 grandchildren: Sherri, Rick, Shawn, Kimberly, Tanya, Destiny, Melissa & Stacey; 10 great-grandchildren: Harli, Lucas, Blair, Jesse, Brayden, Kiana, Colton, Chloe, Cheyanne & Lucas; sisters: Mildred Graves & Dorothy Walker.
She is predeceased by husband: John; sons: Rick & Gary; one sister and 4 brothers.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2009 from 1:00-4:00 p.m., Hart Pioneer Centre, 6986 Hart Hwy.

Bert (Colin Bradley) WRIGHT
Bert passed away at home on Thursday, February 19th, 2009, at the age of 49 years.
Bert is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; his parents, Harvey and Lillian; brothers, Barry, Gordon and Tim; as well as his nephew, Matt.
Bert was predeceased by his sister, Karen.
A Celebration of his life gathering will be held at the: Blackburn Community Centre, 2451 South Blackburn Rd., Saturday, February 28th, 2009, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Beler, Jarrod Louis

Time stopped for family and friends of Jerrod "Odie" Beler, when we began to feel our loss.
On Thursday, May 14, in Quesnel, B.C., he was silently taken from us at the tender age of 33.
Our beloved son, spouse, brother, father, friend "Odie" was loved by all those who knew him.
His thoughts & actions reflected the life that he led.
Full of love, laughter & spirit.
Devoted spouse to Dawn Curtis, father to Mary, Clayton & Seth, son to James & Jeanette Beler, Don & Joanne Curtis, brother to Chris, Laurie, Leanne, Lana & Lillian.
Loving uncle and nephew to many nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
He will be thoughtfully missed by all those who shared in his short time with us.
Odie was a huge part of the Northwest Mud Bogging Association, as well as the Quesnel Minor Hockey League.
He volunteered his support and time with the Quesnel Minor Baseball Little League.
We encourage all who loved and cared for him to join his family on May 23, at St. Anne's Church, 100 Sutherland, Quesnel, B.C.
In honouring Jerrod, we will be having a Celebration of his Life.
We ask that if you have a thought or a story to share that you will feel comfortable in doing so during this time.
We will also be putting this together as a tribute to Jerrod, in the form of a book, for his family and friends, so we ask that if you could email these memories of him to his sister @ lbageny@shaw.ca.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Herb, who left us peacefully.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Louise, in 2007, and his first granddaughter, Carmen Dow, in 2008.
Herb will be lovingly remembered by his 5 daughters: Darlene (Dave) Dobranski, Gloria (Bob) Dow, Joan Posehn (Stan Smith), twins, Wendy (Ron) Haslam and Wanda (Darrel) Semeniuk.
Herb always longed for a son and stopped trying after the twin girls.
He will also be missed by his 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and his siblings: Albert (Merceda) Posehn, Hilda (Alf) Kershaw, Alvin (Elsie) Posehn, Marlene (Don) Hughes and their families.
Aside from his family, the loves of his life were farming, fishing, long drives and visiting family and numerous friends.
We would like to thank Sunridge Place for their many kindnesses and care of Herb during his year there, with special thanks to Ron, Nicole, Cassie and Corinne.
Donations may be made as an expression of sympathy to any branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in honour of our veterans.
A memorial service will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan, B.C., on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
