Augie was a journeyman plumber his whole adult life and was sought after by many who knew of his excellent work. Augie's passions were fishing and hunting. Augie was a wonderful father, companion and friend and will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and coworkers whose lives he had touched. Thank you to all of his family and friends that supported Augie through this difficult time. A special thanks to his closest friends who: drove him to his daily appointments, came to visit him, took him on wonderful fishing trips, cut his grass and even made him homemade soup and "Fancy Sandwiches" (which he loved) and you all know who you are. Thank you to the caring nursing staff and Dr. Garcia at Riverview Health Centre - 3 East Wing in Winnipeg, who kept him as comfortable as possible in his last days. Also to Dr. D.
