Marion Moore, 82, wife of the late W. Donald Moore of Parkwood Drive, Moncton, passed away at the Moncton Hospital, Wednesday August 18, 2004. Born in Sussex on January 14, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Nettie (Leiper) Robinson. She was retired from the Montreal Protestant School Board. She attended Mount Royal United Church. Marion was a member of the Retired Teachers Association, Mount Royal UCW and the Engineers' Wives Asociation.
She is survived by one daughter Ann Stewart (Robert) of Bedford, NS; one son Bill Moore (Jeanne) of Lower Millstream, NB; a sister Betty Bell of Kelowna, BC; a brother John Robinson (Elizabeth) of Sussex, NB; grandchildren Natalie, Robyn and Matthew Stewart and David, Katie and Carol Moore; special friends Shirley and Noel Eustace; several nieces and nephews.
By family request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at Mount Royal United Church, Moncton at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. Eleanor London formerly of Blythwood Ave. Riverview, passed away peacefully on August 1,2004 at the K. E. Spencer Memorial Home, at the age of 87. Born in Aroostook Jct. NB,on July 15th, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Lorne and Minnie (Pelton) Richardson. Dot was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her family was her life and she brought so much love and joy to all whose lives she touched. She was a homemaker and a former employee of T. Eaton Co. She was a Charter Member of the Riverview United Baptist Church,a former member of Catherin McGorman Group, she sang in the church choir in her former years.
She is survived by daughters Joanne McQuinn (Donald) of Riverview, Jane McLaughlin (Wayne) of Riverview, Gloria LeBlanc (Pete) of Riverview, Holly Fahey (Raymond) of Beersville, NB, one son Robert James of Moncton, a sister Norma Whitlock (George) of Ottawa, brothers Robert Richardson (Dot) of St. Stephen, Paul Richardson (Beverly) of Kanata,13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Hollis F. London in 2002, a sister Mary Kern, brothers, Wendall and Raymond.
With respect to her wishes, there will be no visitation prior to the Funeral Service, to take place on Friday, August 6th,at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home (506-852-3530) 1177 Salisbury Road Moncton, a reception to follow in the Garden View Room of the Funeral Home. Interment in Wesleyan Union Cemetery, Upper Coverdale. Memorial donations may be made to the Memorial of the donors choice.

George Arthur Way 80, of Moncton, husband of Lois (Kent) Way passed away Friday March 11th at the Moncton Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Cape Tormentine N.B. on October 22, 1924 he was the son of the late Arthur Roach Way and the late Juanita (Tait) Way. George served in the Canadian Navy World War II. He retired from the CNR Express in 1980 after 34 years of service and Day & Ross Inc after 9 years in 1989. He was a member of Allison Baptist Church, Salisbury Road, Moncton, CNR Pensioners Association and The Canadian Legion. In his early years, he was very active in baseball and hockey. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He will be sadly missed by his devoted wife Lois of 56 years, son; John (Cathie) Way, daughter; Judy (Francis) Gracie, 7 granddaughters; Carrie, Tracie, LeeAnn, Katie, Robin, Stephanie and Heather, great grandchildren; J.J (Justin), Trinity, Kohl, Blake, Colton, Destiny, Jazlyn, Brooklyn and Noah. He is also survived by one sister; Marion (Stirling) Sweet of Fredericton and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a great granddaughter; Ashlyn, sisters; Doris Johnson of Sudbury Ont. and Winnifred Taylor of Riverview.
Visitation at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday March 15th 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Funeral service will be held Wednesday March 16th 2:00pm at Allison Baptist Church, Salisbury Road. Rev. David Morehouse officiating. Reception to follow in the Family Center of Allison Baptist Church, 1539 Salisbury Road. Kris Kinden, 25, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 1, 2004. Born in Moncton on December 31,1978, he was the son of Paul and Freda (Trites) Kinden. Kris loved biking, off roading, movies, music, and enjoyed all types of sports.
Kris will be sadly missed by his parents Paul and Freda, paternal grandparents, Harold and Angela Kinden of Moncton, maternal grandmother Irene Trites of Moncton, several cousins, aunts, uncles, many special friends as well as his pet dog Darwin. Visitation for friends and family will be held on Thursday, November 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Fair Haven Funeral Home.
A funeral will be conducted on Friday November 5 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Kathleen “Kay” Olsen, 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 20th, 2004 at the Moncton Hospital. Born April 8, 1923 in Arlington, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Lulu (Coleman) Metzler.
She is survived by her loving husband Vagn Olsen and her son Paul, both of Moncton, sister Geraldine (Reginald) Baker of Fall River, NS, brother Clyde (Joyce) Metlzer of Arlington, NS, and sister- in-law Viola Metzler Grand View Manor, Berwick, NS, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Kay was predeceased by her brother Ransford Metzler, Kentville, NS, her sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Avery Hatt, Port Williams, NS.
