Dr. Thomas Leigh MacMASTER
September 11, 1930 - November 1, 2007

Dr. Thomas Leigh MacMaster
The death of Dr. Thomas L. MacMaster of Rothesay, husband of Marion P. (Jardine) MacMaster occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 1, 2007.
Born in Newcastle, N.B. on September 11, 1930, he was the son of the late Jack and Alice (Wathen) MacMaster.
Dr. MacMaster began his dental practice in 1970, practicing always in Saint John. He loved, owned, sold, and bred, Standardbred horses for many years. He was also a lifetime member of the Canadian Dental Society and a Masonic Lodge member for over 50 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Marion; are a son; Luke (Sandra) MacMaster of Quispamsis; one daughter, Sue Anne MacMaster (Thomas Cummings) of Westborough, MA.; three grandchildren; Anna and Evan Cummings; and Adam MacMaster; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, George MacMaster and Jack MacMaster; two sisters, Margaret McLean and Eileen Bird.
Resting at Castle (Kings Chapel) Funeral Home, 154 Hampton Road, Rothesay. The funeral service will be held at Kings Chapel, at 2 p.m on Monday, Nov. 5, 2007.
Visitation will take place on Monday from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dr. MacMaster, may be made to: The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada Foundation.

Doris Iona COLLINS
March 12, 1916 - October 31, 2007

DORIS I. (HARRINGTON) Collins passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, October 31, 2007.
She was the daughter of the late Harris and Emily Harrington.
Loving wife of the late Gerald "Sam" R. Collins Sr., beloved mother of Bayne Collins, of Richmond Hill, Ont, the late Gerald (Emily) Collins Jr., of Saint John, NB, and Donald Collins, of Saint John, NB. Adored sister of Haley (Elsie) Harrington, of Parrsboro, NS, and the late Margorie (Harold) Schmeisser, the late Clyde Harrington, and the late Ralph Harrington.
Doris was a cherished member of the community as Past Nobel Grand of the Sapphire Rebecca Lodge #37 IOOF, and loyal parishioner at St. George's Church, often contributing her time and skills as a baker, quilter and seamstress to many worthy causes.
Along with her brother, Haley, and her sons, Bayne and Donald, she is survived by her grandchildren; Christine Wagner of Hawaii, US, David Collins of Vancouver, BC, Susan Pollock and Patricia "Trich" Collins, both of Saint John, and Michael (Nicole) Collins of Moncton, great-grandchildren; Nicholas Pollock, Megan Pollock and Austin Pollock, and her great-great grandson Nathaniel Pollock.
Resting at Castle Funeral Homes, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701) with visitation on Sunday, November 4th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Castle Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
Donations, in memory of Doris, may be made to: The Burn Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital, The CNIB or a charity of the donor's choice

Mrs. Mary M. Goodmanson
July 3, 1921 - October 31, 2007

Goodmanson, Mary M. passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at McNair Manor, Riverview on October 31, 2007. Wife of the late Russell Goodmanson. Mary was born in Moncton, a daughter of the late Robert and Estella Magee. Mary will be sadly missed by her son Gary (Joan) of Riverview, two daughters; Linda (Larry) Rodgers of Orleans ON, Lois (Dennis) Harder of Chillawack, BC and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mary was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her husband and parents, Mary was predeceased by two brothers, Daniel and William as well as a sister, Thirza. In respect with Mary's wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation followed by a memorial service will be held on Saturday November 3, 2007 from Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm with Reverend Carol Mullin presiding. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens followed by a reception for Mary’s family and friends in the Garden View Reception Room at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Susan and David McNair as well as the caring staff at McNair Manor. Special mention to Maggie, Gisele & Vera who treated her as if she was their own mom. Thanks also to Dr. Eros for the many visits and Dr. Phalen who was very compassionate and helpful near the end. No matter how much pain Mary was in, she always greeted people with a warm smile. She always counted her blessings & realized how fortunate she was, saying there were many worse off than herself. She will be greatly missed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton.

Mrs. Mary L. Beaman
March 26, 1933 - October 30, 2007

Beaman, Mary L. of Moncton passed away peacefully at the K.E. Spencer Memorial Home on October 30, 2007. Wife of Frank Beaman for 43 wonderful years.
Born on March 26, 1933 in Moncton, daughter of the late Millage and Ida Horsman. Mary will be sadly missed by her husband, Frank , two sons; Ken Poirier (Heather) of Moncton, Danny Beaman of Calgary, and two daughters, Nancy (John) Poirier of Bedford NS, and Sherry (Barry) Kuryk of Oklahoma, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. In addition to her husband and children, she is also survived by a brother, Ken (Donna) Horsman and a sister, Ghita (Gene) Gaudet and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by two sisters, Mildred and Olive. In respect with Mary's wishes there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007 from the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home at 10:00 am. Cremation and Internment will take place in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Remembrances in memory of Mary may be made to the K.E. Spencer Memorial Home (Generator Fund) or the Alzheimer's Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton.

Mr. Emile E. LeBlanc
May 21, 1932 - November 4, 2007

Leblanc, Emile E. passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on November 4, 2007 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Corinne Leblanc for 51 years. Born in Cap Pele on May 21, 1932 son of the late Edmond and Lumina (Richard) LeBlanc. Besides his wife Corinne, Emile will be sadly missed by four children; Normand (Jacynte), Roland, Linda (Richard), Bernard (Ann), four grandchildren; Bobby, Luc, Joey and Jaimie. He is also survived by eight sisters; Analysse, Leonie, Delhia, Marie-May, Albertine, Corinne, Therese, Andrea as well as five brothers; Laurie, Ovilla, Albert, Reginald, Clorice and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Emile was predeceased by an infant daughter, Emilie. Arrangements entrusted with Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852-3530. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the Church Hall from 9:00-11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Ste. Therese D'Avilla Church at 11:00 a.m. in Cap Pele. A reception will follow in the Golden Age Club. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
