MR. CADWALLADER FLAGG
The death occurred at Welschpool on Friday April 30, of Mr. Cadwallader Flagg, in the eighty-eighth year of his age, at his home. Mr. Flagg was a native of Campobello, and is the last member of a large family. Deceased was a man of sterling qualities, a staunch upholder of the Episcopal Church, from which interment took place; and although of advanced age was active until a few days before his death. He was ever kind and considerate of those around him, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He will be much missed by his many friends.
Mrs. Cecil G. Jones
The death took place on Tuesday morning, April 20, (1914) at Welschpool, Campobello, of Annie M. wife of Cecil G. Jones, and youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard P. Simpson, in the thirty-eighth year of her age, after a long and painful illness. The deceased possessed a very kind and loving disposition, and she was much esteemed by all who knew her; and although her illness lasted for a considerable time, she bore it bravely and uncomplainingly to the end. Besides her husband there are four children left to mourn the loss of an affectionate wife and mother. The funeral service was conducted at the Episcopal Church, of which the deceased was a member, by Rev. Mr. Tobin, on Thursday afternoon. The sympathy of all there friends goes out to the family in their sad bereavement.

Donovan, of Caribou; 4 daughters Joyce Henderson of Lake Wildwood, Calif., Margaret Burkes of Louisville, Miss., Mary Jane Donovan of Presque Isle & Catherine Donovan of Mapleton; 1 brother, Richard Donovan of Debec, NB; 2 sisters, Blanid Donovan of Debec, NB & Sister Dorothy Donovan of Fresno, Calif.; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.He was predeceased by his wife, Lillian (McCredie) Donovan in 1994.
George W. Tardif
George W. Tardif died in Lewiston, ME Apr 28, 2000. He was born in Segas, NB, June 9, 1928 the son of Frank B. & Adele (Lavoie) Tardif. In January of 1966 he married the former Rita Bolduc. He is survived by his wife of Lewiston; 2 sons, Rosaire J. of Auburn & George W. Jr. of Lewiston; 6 grandchildren; 6 sisters: Claire Rossignol of Lewiston, Adrienne Carroll of Montreal,Dorilla Michaud of Enfield, Conn., Jean Poirier of Minto, NB, Simonne Tardif of Quebec, &Catherine Mazrole of St. Leonard, NB; 3 brothers Albert of Montreal, Charles of Segas, NB, & Patrick of Montreal. He was predeceased by his parents; 3 brothers, Conrad, Peter & Denis; & 1 sister, Yvonne.
Glendon S. Bailey
Glendon S. Bailey, 75, died Aug 24, 1999 in Millinocket, ME. He was born in Saint John, NB, a son of Harry R. & Maude Sewell Bailey. He served in the Canadian and U.S. armies during World War II.
He is survived by a daughter, Jane E. Bailey, Cape Elizabeth, ME; a son, Douglas of Portland. Burial will follow in Millinocket,ME Cemetery.

Ernest Allain, 99, of Leominster, MA died Aug 16, 1999. He was born in Neguac, NB, a son of Benjamin & Marie (Poirier) Allain. He leaves two sons, Leon P. Allain of Leominster, MA & Richard J. Allain of Brewster, MA, two sisters, Edna Roy & Corriene Breau, both of New Brunswick, 8 brothers & sisters in Canada died before him. He was a member of St. Cecilia's Church. Burial will be in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster, MA.
Stanley E. Brawn
Stanley E. Brawn, the husband of Marion Crocker Brawn, died Aug. 9, 1999, in Bangor, ME. He was born April 14, 1918, in New Brunswick, the son of Isiah and Hattie (Searles) Brawn. He was an Army veteran of World War II. His first wife, Margaret (Landry) Brawn died in 1991. He is survived by a son, Wendell "Skip" Brawn of Brunswick, ME; three daughters, Ardith Vesta of Zephyrhills, FL, Olive Galen of Levant, ME and Delores Dow of Glenburn, ME; two sisters, Amber Babb of New Gloucester, ME and Leather Howe of Washburn,ME. He was predeceased by two sisters, Avis Pike and Esther Ellingwood; and three brothers, Clayton, Alvin and Beecher Brawn. Burial will be in Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth, ME.

Aline A. Gagne, died Mar 1, 2000 in Lewiston, ME. She was born in Coaticook, NB on July 28,1927 the daughter of Moise & Elmira (Boivin) Beaudin.On Sept. 27, 1952 she married Philip E.Gagne who died on Feb. 26, 1985. She was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Church. She is survived by 2 sons Normand & David of Lewiston; 2 grandchildren, Angela & Jeffrey Gagne both of Lewiston; 2 sisters, Alice Morin of Lewiston & Annette Adam of Coaticook, 2 brother, Lucien of Buffalo, NY. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Prevost & Algea Beaudin; & 1 sister, Anna Lemire.
Irene (Deprey) Jacques
Irene (Deprey) Jacques, wife of the late Roland Jacques, died Feb. 15, 2000, in Frenchville, ME. She was born in St. Francois, NB Feb. 9, 1902, the daughter of Joe & Elise (Albert) Deprey. She was predeceased by her husband, Roland in 1989 & 1 son, Oreini B. Jacques in 1987. She is survived by 3 sisters, Blanche Litwinowich of Portland, Sister Laurina Deprey of Rimouski,Quebec & Dorilda Martin of Fort Kent; 1 grandson, Michael Jacques of Roseville, Calif.; 2 Great-grandchildren, Christina & David; Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Soldier Pond.
