Bertram "Buddy" Lewis
Bertram D. “Buddy” Lewis, 69, of Gallagher Ridge, NB, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, February 16, 2019, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Elton and Sybil (Hamilton) Lewis.
Buddy was a hard-working family man, who always put others in front of himself, and showed his family what strong family values were all about.
Buddy will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend of 48 years, Linda Lewis (Steeves); his children, Tammy Duguay (Rene), Joni Lewis (Dan Maillet), James Lewis (Tasha Peterson) and Bert Lewis; His nine grandsons, Dominik, Christopher, Cody, Michael, Jonathan, Cole, Steve, Curtis and Jacob all of whom he was very proud of; great-granddaughter Alice Marie, his little princess; his brothers and sisters, Elizabeth French, Lee Lewis, Roberta Boudreau (John), Gary Lewis (Marielle), Linda Kubas (Garry), Dennis Lewis (Lorraine), Debra Murphy (Terry) and Wendy Murphy (Paul); his mother and father-in-law, Gerald and Joyce Steeves; brothers and sisters-in-law, John Steeves (Susan), Bob Steeves (Dorothy), Jim Steeves (Holly), Helen Bovard (Mike), Susan King (Terry), Margie Lockhart and Cathy Maillet (Darren); as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
A Service to celebrate and honour Buddy’s life will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel.
Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service.
Interment will be held at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
In memory of Buddy, donations to the Dr. Sheldon Rubin Oncology Clinic or The Humanity Project would be appreciated.
Louis Bourgeois
Louis Bourgeois of Belliveau Village, Memramcook passed away on Thursday February 7, 2019 at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont at the age of 91.
Born in Belliveau Village on February 4, 1928, he was the son of the late Hector and Marie (Leger) Bourgeois.
He was the owner of Verger Belliveau Orchard for 50 years, was a past president of Apple Growers N.B, Fruit Growers Association, Golden Age Club of Pré–d’en–Haut, past chair of Crop Insurance and was a member of the local service district of Pré–d’en–Haut.
He was inducted to the Atlantic Agriculture Hall of Fame in 2004 and he received the Golden Apple Award in the late 70’s.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Mary of 64 years of marriage, two daughters, Patricia (Ulysse) Cormier and Linda Bourgeois (Laurie Colette) of Dieppe, two sons, Robert (Janice) of Belliveau Village and Jean–Louis (Madelaine Céré) of Pré–d’en–Haut, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Sr. Lucille Bourgeois n.d.s.c., of Moncton, Antoinette (Donald) Boudreau and Delina (Eddie) Gaudet of Belliveau Village and by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one son Joseph (infant), four sisters, Bertha, Hélène, Eugenie and Bernadette and by one brother Arthur.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Monday February 11 from 2 to 4 and7 to 9 pm only.
Funeral mass will be held at Notre–Dame–de–l’Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré–d’en–Haut on Tuesday February 12 at 11:00 am.
Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
Ryan Robinson
1988 - 2018
Lakeville–Westmorland, NB – Ryan Robinson, 29, passed away at his residence, on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018, after a brief illness.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Darrrell Robinson of Lakeville–Westmorland, NB and Murielle Robinson (nee Landry) of Moncton, NB.
Besides his parents, he is survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
As per Ryan’s wishes there will be no visitations or no funeral service.

Marc LeBlanc
1992 – 2017
Marc Donald LeBlanc, 24, of Grand–Barachois, passed away on Monday, March 13th, 2017, at the Dr. Georges–L.–Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Bobby and Charline (née: Breau) LeBlanc.
Marc’s passion in life was hockey, as was undeniable in his involvement with École Mathieu–Martin “les Vedettes” and “les Matadors” as both team mascot and #1 supporter.
He was a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning and especially Steven Stamkos, but come Wednesday evening it was all about Pokémon at GameZilla.
Besides his parents: Bobby and Charline of Grand–Barachois; he is survived by his sister, Renelle (Jasmine) of Scoudouc; his twin brother, Martin (Jenna) of Dieppe; maternal grandparents: Donald and Bern Breau of Grand–Barachois; paternal grandparents: Wilfred and Jeannette LeBlanc of Dieppe; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857–1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint–Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, on Saturday, March 18th, 2017 at 11 am.
Interment in Saint–Henri Parish Cemetery, Grand–Barachois.

Dorice L. Walsh
1946 - 2005
Dorice Louise Walsh, 59, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at The Moncton Hospital surrounded by her loving family following a short, brave, and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Shediac, March 4, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Yvonne (Richard) Hébert.
She was employed with Eastern Provincial Airlines, Air Canada, and Via Rail.
Dorice enjoyed gardening, long walks, dancing, friends, and family.
She will be sadly missed by all, especially her daughters, Denise (Eddie Doiron) of Shediac and Stephanie of Dartmouth; her special friend, Bob Glencross; two sisters, Hélène Hickey (Mike) of Scoudouc and Rose-Marie Hébert of Moncton; three brothers, Frank Hébert (Lise), Adrien Hébert (Dorine), and Charles Hébert all of Shediac; several nieces, nephews and her former husband, Roger Walsh.
A sister, Rosalie Arsenault predeceased her.
Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, March 16 from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m.
The funeral mass will be held at 2p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2005 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac.
Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.

BILLINGS, ROGER WAYNE
1959 – 2016
It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of their dear brother Roger, at his home in Burtts Corner, NB on Friday, April 22, 2016.
Born in Millville, NB on June 28, 1959, he was the son of the late Mabel (nee Tranquilla) and Austin Billings.
He is survived by his brother, Conrad (Sharon) Billings of Burtts Corner, NB; sisters, Pauline (Dave) Nichol of Oxford, NS, Sheila (Dave) Collins of Quispamsis, NB, Joan (Ralph) Baird, Linda (Rob) and Cheryl Billings, all of Fredericton, NB; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and many friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Sheldon Billings.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 12 to 2 pm.
A Memorial Service will follow in York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel at 2 pm with Pastor Lou Seeley officiating.
Interment will take place in Stone Ridge Community Cemetery.
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
