Laura M. Hallett of Upper Brighton passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. Laura was born March 24, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Ercell and Jennie (Long) Orser.
She is survived by her husband Dalton Hallett of Upper Brighton, NB; daughter, Carole (Harold) Craswell of Nepean, ON; grandchildren, Kathryn Craswell, Keith Craswell both of Nepean, ON; brother, Owen Orser of Hartland, nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Hartland United Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. John R. Glass of Hartland passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, NB. He was born November 4, 1932 and was the son of the late John and Mary (Lamont) Glass. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Keith Glass, sister-in-law, Marion Glass and brother-in-law Burris Colburn.
He is survived by his sister Gwen Colburn of Keswick Ridge, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
John was a school teacher for 35 years teaching in East Coldstream, Coldstream and Hartland High School where he also served as principal for many years. He was a life time member of Trinity United Church, a member of the Carleton County Historical Society, NB Genealogical Society, Hartland Rotary, a former board member of the Dr. Walter Chestnut Library and the Central Carleton Nursing Home.
Resting at The Britton Funeral Home, High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Tuesday, February 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday the 17th at 2:00 p.m from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland. Tiffany Lynn Alexandra Collette of Good Corner passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 8, 2010. She was born in Woodstock on August 3, 1984.
Tiffany is survived by her children, Ethan and Summer; mother, Linda (John Carmichael) Hemphill of Good Corner; father, Ronald (Kim) Collette of Fredericton; sister, Keirstin Hemphill; grandparents, Betty and Arthur Brewer of Mainstream, Emile and Viola Collette of Acadieville; special friend, Jessica Daigle; aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Inez Ruth (Clark) Bullinaria passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born March 18, 1926and was the daughter of the late Claude and Eliza (Foster) Clark. She was predeceased by her husband Clifford Bullinaria in 1985; sisters, Doris Wortman, Alice Gee, Innis Clark, Claudine Smith; brothers, Bill Clark, Preston Clark, Ivan Clark and Maynard Clark.
Inez is survived by two brothers, Winston Clark of Rosedale, Ercell Clark of Mount Pleasant, niece and chosen daughter, Inez (Bob) Glenn of Mainstream, several nieces and nephews.

Marjorie I. Elliott of Hartland, formerly of Miramichi, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born June 16, 1930 and was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Stone) Lewis. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Elliott and two brothers, Don and Paul Lewis.
Marjorie is survived by her daughters, Kim (Jim) Foster of Mount Uniacke, NS, Sybil (Roger Levesque) Nevers of Carlow, NB; grandchildren, Adam Foster, Hilary Foster, Matthew Foster, Amanda Smith, Cassie Smith; great grandson, Aaron Page; sister, Shirley Young of Thunder Bay, ON, Phyllis Kinney of Plaster Rock, NB, Carol (Reg) Hughes of Saint John, NB, Joanne (Clayton) Brown of Whitecourt, AB, Barbara (Allison) Brown of Whitecourt, AB, Janice (David) Crabbe of BC; brother, Greg (Debbie) Lewis of Gagetown, NB, nieces and nephews.

Nathaniel “Thannie” Stuart Kinney of Mainstream passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. He was born March 7, 1938 and was the son of the late Robert and Nellie (Farris) Kinney. He was predeceased by 13 brothers and sisters.
Thannie is survived by his wife, Alta (Craig) Kinney of Mainstream; daughter, Dorothy (Allen Bourgoin) Kinney of Mainstream; grandchildren, Jennifer (Robert) Orser of Howard Brook, Jamie (Mark) Rideout of Hartland, Jodie(Allen Bourgoin Jr.) of Ashland; great grandchildren, Colton Rideout, Jayson Davenport, Tristin Rideout, Tovey Rideout, Alisha Bourgoin, Brooke Bourgoin, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Doris Irene Stapleton of Hartland passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. She was born July 14, 1916 and was the daughter of the late John and Annie (Speer) Glanville. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Stapleton, son William Stapleton and sister, Kay Christie.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Darlene Stapleton of Victoria Corner; granddaughters, Brenda (Kevin) Crouse of Somerville, Rhonda (Rod Fitzherbert) Stapleton of Hartland, Karla (Chris Anderson) Hawksley of Richmond Corner, Linda (Kristin) Trecartin of Woodstock; great grandchildren, Tyler Crouse, Corey Crouse, Morgan Hawksley, Sam Hawksley, Simon Trecartin, Julian Trecartin, Molly Trecartin; sister Marjorie (Adrian) Bell of Woodstock, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jonathan London officiating. The interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland.
