MORGAN WHITEWAY, Shanna Olga Jane Whiteway - Our little angel was taken to heaven on Thursday, August 18, 1994, Shanna Olga Jane Morgan Whiteway, aged 21 months.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her mommy Gail Morgan and her daddy Doug Whiteway; big brothers: Jamie McDonald and Dwayne Whiteway' grandparents: Henry and Olga Morgan and Mary-Jane Whiteway; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, after 10 a.m. Friday.
Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, August 20, 1994 at 2:30p.m. from the Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle.
Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant cemetery .
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
YOST: Luther F.
2001
Luther F. Yost, 88, a resident of Albuquerque in 1949-51 and 1973 to present, died Friday, August 10, 2001.
He is survived by his wife, Toby Yost; son, John L. Yost and Linda Blair; daughters, Jean Stefano and Bruce Briner, all of Albuquerque, NM, Carolyn Clarke and husband, Jim, of Denver, CO, and Ann Mason of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, David Stefano, Jennifer Meaden, Susan and Scott COVEYDUCK and eight great-grandchildren including two sets of twins.
Mr. Yost graduated from North Carolina State University in 1933 with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and was a member of the Theta Tau scholastic fraternity.
Mr. Yost enjoyed a successful career with General Electric and retired in 1973.
He and his wife owned Thunderbird Travel Agency from 1974 to 1981.
Mr. Yost was a member of the Skal International Travel Society and ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents).
Formerly, he was an active member of First Methodist Church participating in the weekly program of feeding the homeless for eight years.
Since becoming residents of Montebello, Mr. and Mrs. Yost have been members of Sandia Presbyterian Church.
The family wishes to express special thanks to the residents and support staff of Montebello on Academy.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, August 13, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Sandia Presbyterian Church, 10704 Paseo Del Norte NE with Reverend Dewey Johnson, officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Masonic Children's Home, 600 College Street, Oxford, North Carolina 27565.

Coveyduck, Julia Isabelle (Crane) passed away in Ontario May 16th, age 79 years.

PENNEY, Laura G. - It is with great sadness we announce that Laura, of Dartmouth, passed away on March 27, 2008, in the VG Site, QEII, after a short battle with cancer.
Born in Corner Brook, N.L., she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Gushue) Buckle.
Laura was an associate member of Royal Canadian Legion, Centennial Branch 160.
She enjoyed travelling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Kevin; daughters, Karen Vandekieft (Rick), London, Ont.; Chris Penney (Bob Kelly), Dartmouth; grandchildren, Kristen, Matthew, Jillian; brothers, Ned (Marion), George (Isabelle); sister, Marg, all of Corner Brook, N.L.; sister, Nellie Kelly, Grand Falls, N.L.; sister-in-law, Jean Buckle, Corner Brook, N.L.; many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brother, Kevin; sisters, Joan Buckle, Mary Moulton.
Visitation will take place in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, on Saturday, March 29, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:30 p.m., Rev. Patricia Malin officiating.
Burial in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
Reception to follow in Centennial Branch Royal Canadian Legion, 703 Main St., Dartmouth.
