Passed peacefully away on June 21, 1992 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, age 71 years, Thomas Francis Hynes, retired C.N. Yardmaster. Lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Margaret; daughters: Dianne (Len Besaw) and Peggy; sons: Tom (Dianne), Wayne (Ellie), Brian, David and Keith (fiancee Donna); sisters Mary Bruce, Kathleen Dwyer, and Madeline Gourley (Kevin); brothers: Pat (Margaret) and Greg (Jessie);sister-in-law Levina Hynes; grandchildren: Christine, David, Jamie, Mark and Kristin; also a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Funeral on Wednesday, June 24, 1992, to Mary Queen of the World Church, Topsail Road for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre cemetery. Leaving to mourn one daughter Angela (Michael Farmer), Ont,; one son Ronald (Margaret), Gull Island; six grandchildren: Charlene, Tonya, Jennifer, Ronnie, Chad and Stacey; one brother Fred (Sadie), Stevenville; four sisters: Lillian (Joseph McDonald), Carbonear, Mary Fahey, Northern Bay, Edna Doyle and Winnifred (James Layman), both of Gull Island; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, October 29 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from the Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church and cemetery, Northern Bay. Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Clinic February 28, 2006, Elizabeth Kelly of Little Bay in her 59th year. Predeceased by husband Joseph, brothers Michael and Edward Farrell, and parents Roseanna and Pius Farrell. Leaving to mourn son Nathan of Little Bay; daughters Rose Mary (Russel Kilfoy) of Little Bay, Connie (Kenneth Farrell) of Creston South and Joann of Saint John, New Brunswick; sisters Agnes Hannan and Gertrude Lambe (Cecil); brothers Pius Farrell (Geraldine), Nish Farrell, Dominic Farrell (Rita) and Anthony Farrell (Bride); grandchildren Russell, Jasmine, Christian, Joseph and Jade. Father Charlie Kelly conducted funeral mass at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic church in Marystown, Friday, March 3. Interment was at Sacred Heart R.C. cemetery in Little Bay. Pallbearers were Pius Farrell, Tony Farrell, Dominic Farrell, Adrian Kelly, Leo Farrell, Eugene Kelly and Russell Kilfoy. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of White Dove Funeral Home, Marystown.

Also leaving to mourn sisters Susan Miller (Ambrose), Clara Kilfoy (Chris), Alice Fowler (Walter), Philemon Downey (Richard), Josephine Pike (Peter) and Peggy Kilfoy (James); brothers Patrick Kelly (Sadie), Adrian Kelly (Carm), Eugene Kelly (Dot) and William Kelly (Madeline); grandchildren Russell, Jasmine, Christian, Joseph and Jade and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Father Charlie Kally conducted funeral mass at Sacred Heart Church in Marystown, Tuesday, February 14. Interment was at Sacret Heart cemetery in Little Bay.
