Lillian was born in Brookfield, Bonavista Bay on July 10, 1909.
The last surviving child of Geraldine (Gaulton) and Aaron Piccott (Pickett) of Brookfield/Fair Island.
She was predeceased by husband Sidney in 1974, brothers John and Raymond, sisters Mabel Winsor and Emily Brown, and 5 other siblings in early childhood, as well as great granddaughter Jessica Winsor.

Predeceased by her father; Lloyd Cooper, daughter; Lois Myra Hounsell, father and mother-in-law; Thomas and Mary Hounsell and brother-in-law; Franklyn Noble.
