Beloved wife of Martin Buuck whom she was married to for 58 years. Loving mother of David & wife Patricia Buuck of Stratford. Sadly missed by her sisters Audrey & husband Fred Knechtel, Mary Lou & husband Jerry Hinz all of Rostock, Debby & husband Cy MacDoanld of Charlottetown, P.E.I., sister-in-law Roseva Burgess( friend John) of Seaforth and brother-in-law Carl Buuck of Mitchell. Also remembered by a number nieces and nephews.
Marlene was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Milverton.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Marlene’s life will take place on Sunday June 20, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Milverton with Pastor Robert Hutchison officiating. Interment in Greenwood cemetery , Milverton. As expressions of symapthy donations may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association. passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at her residence, Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. She was formerly of R. R. # 1, Newton and was born in Turnberry Township 105 years ago, a daughter of the late Robert & Margaret (Robinson) Johnston.. Alba was a member of Grace Anglican Church, Millbank, Christ Anglican Church, Milverton and was receiving pastoral care from Burns Presbyterian Church, Milverton at present. She was a dietitian with the University of Guelph in her youth. Alba was a member & past Noble Grand & past District Deputy of the Silver Crest Rebekah Lodge, Milverton. She enjoyed quilting and was an artist with many pictures to her credit.
Beloved wife of Harvey Tanner who predeceased her May 21, 1982 and whom she married March 30, 1933.. Loving mother of Marion & Delmer (predeceased) Scott of Milverton, Margaret & Don McMillan of Stratford, Donald & Elaine Tanner of Listowel, Robert & Betty Tanner (predeceased) of Listowel. Ever remembered by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Beloved sister of Elgin & Mae Johnston of Wingham. Predeceased by a daughter Betty in 1943, a grandson Perry (1995), and a brother Lytle as a child.

passed away on Monday April 26, 2010 at her residence Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton and had formerly resided for 38 years at David Fisher Residence, Erbsville. She was born 66 years ago in Kitchener.
Beloved daughter of Barbara (Kropf) Roth of Milverton and the late Elmer Roth. Dear sister of Bernice & husband Roy Steckley of Neustadt, Marlene Herrfort of R.R. # 1 Newton and Janice & husband Larry Kropf of Milverton. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Carol was predeceased by her brother-in-law Mel Herrfort.
Carol attended Riverdale Mennonite Church, Millbank.

HOFFMAN, Ralph Lyle (Sonny) passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. He was born in Milverton 88 years ago, a son of the late Louis and Lillian (Kalbfleisch) Hoffman. Lyle and his wife Dorothy had owned and operated Hoffman Grocery Store for a number of years in Milverton and was a member of St. Paul's United Church, Milverton. Lyle and Dorothy were formerly of Kitchener and he retired from Hiway Market. He also attended Faith Missionary Church, Kitchener, where he had been a member of the Silver Set Group. Beloved husband of Dorothy Helena (Reesor) Hoffman whom he married June 30, 1945. Loving father of Bonnie and Jim Irvine of Mississauga and Peggy and Alvin Thibideau of Milverton. Ever missed by grandchildren, Todd Irvine and his friend Dale, Robin Thibideau and her partner Sandi Jacobs, and Chad Thibideau, great-grandchildren Dakoda and Kaleb Thibideau. Also remembered by sister-in-law Margaret Reesor of Milverton and by Celina Thibideau and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters Iris and her husband Jim Forester and Eva and her husband Lee Domm and brother-in-law Don Reesor. passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Thursday April 8, 2010 in his 69th year. Murray farmed all his life and was often seen in the farming community at the local sales and auction arenas. He was an avid member of the Milverton Snowmobile Club, and took great pride in running Ohm’s Hut, known to many snowmobilers in the area. He was an enthusiastic hockey dad and granddad cheering on many local teams. Papa loved to spend time with his grandchildren, especially watching them play sports. Devoted husband of JoAnn (Baillie) Ohm for 50 years. Beloved father of Bonnie Swartz and fiance Mike Stahlke of RR1 Atwood, Barb and Don Boyne of RR3 Mitchell, Bev and Mike Carter of Milverton, and Perry and Jennifer Ohm of RR1 Monkton. Cherished papa of Rob, Ryan and Deb, Adam, Brandon and Kait, Canjie and Dave, McKenzie, Clay, Jillian, Carrson, Madelynn, and great-grandpa of Xander and Bryson. Dear brother of Shirley Attridge of Stratford, brother-in-law of Mryna and Earl Schmidt of Milverton, Dianne Eccles of Collingwood and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son-in-law Gary Swartz and brothers-in-law Bill Attridge and Ferg Baillie.

Suddenly as a result of a car accident on Tuesday April 6, 2010. Emily resided at
R.R. # 1 Sebringville and was born 79 years ago in London, England . She was the daughter of the late Henry & Emily (Kirby) Winn.
Emily loved long walks, and loved to spoil her grandchildren. Although she was almost 80 years old she insisted that her age never left 21. She has enjoyed travelling, especially to see family members in England, and loved to watch her grandchildren participate in their sports and act in plays. Even though she was born on London, England, she was proud to live in Canada for the last 56 years.
Beloved wife of the late Anton Anwender who predeceased December 22, 2004. Loving mother of Philip & wife Eleanor Anwender of R.R. # 1 Sebringville and Susan & husband Harold Lammers of R.R. # 3 Palmerston. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Kirsten, Robert, Katie, Lindsay, Rebecca and Scott. Also remembered by her brothers and sisters Norman & wife Shirley Winn, June Ashman, Susan & husband Martin Crook of England and Gloria Kellenbenz of Florida.

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Martin Switzer, Melissa & Julie Brodhagen and great-grandchildren Doug and Savannah. Remembered by sister Ida & husband Fred Leblanc of Florida. Murray was born in Stratford, a son of Mabel Diehl of R.R. # 2 Milverton and the late Lloyd Diehl (1993). Murray is the beloved brother of Irene Partridge of R.R. # 1 Brunner, Lloyd Diehl and friend Brenda of Shakespeare, and Rick Diehl of R.R.# 2 Milverton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Michael (Tanya), Danny & wife Marg, Pam, Virginia, Heather, Ryan and Ethan and by great-niece Tuesday. Besides his father, Murray was predeceased by sister Shirley Neeb (2007) and brothers-in-law Jacob Neeb (1989) and Ronald Partridge (1997)
Murray farmed at R.R. # 2 Milverton for his entire life. He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Milverton.

Beloved husband of Verna (Zehr) Jantzi whom he married September 12, 1951. Loving father of Jim & wife Carolyn Jantzi of Stratford. Sadly missed by his grandsons Andrew & wife Jenny, Tyler and Jarret. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ira & wife Esther Jantzi of Wellesley, Marguerite Jantzi of Stratford and Velma Erb of Waterloo. Ezra was predeceased by sisters and brothers Ella (Sol) Steckley, Alma (Albert) Biesinger, Clarence Jantzi, Allan Jantzi, sister-in-law Vera (Dan) Kuepfer and brother-in-law Wilfred Erb.
Ezra was a member of Mapleview Mennonite Church, R.R. # 2 Wellesley. Ezra farmed and was a well known livestock trucker in the area for many years. He was associated with the Mennonite Disaster Service.
