Kieran Aleksander Francis Stroobandt, passed away at home on Wednesday October 27, 2010, after having recently undergone major heart surgery.
Born in Kitchener on August 19, 1992. Beloved son of Sandra Mogensen of Stratford and Rick Stroobandt and partner Sylvia Skinner of Guelph.
Loving brother of Siobhan, half-brother Sean, step-sisters, Lisa, Andrea and Jennifer and her children Drake and Izabella. Dear grandson of Edite, Hans Mogensen, and Norma, Regal Stroobandt (deceased).
Cherished nephew of Susan Mogensen and Rob Ludlow, Pat and Elaine Stroobandt. Also survived by cousin April. Friends and relatives may call at the W. G. Eleanor Elizabeth Pauli, age 89, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the People Care on September 12, 2011. She was born in Stratford, daughter of the late William and Johanna Jonas. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth Howard Pauli on July 14, 1987. Loving mother of Garry Semple (Sandra), Ken Semple (Cathy), Kevin Pauli (Nekisha Clarke). Grandmother of 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Dear sister of Herta Baulk and Gertie Fischer. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by brothers Wilbert Jonas, Lorne Jonas, Garnet Jonas, Leonard Jonas and by sisters Agnes Lince and Erma Zettler. Alan McBeath
Alan McBeath, age 87, passed away peacefully at Greenwood Court, Stratford on Thursday September 15, 2011. Born in Northern Ireland, son of the late Hugh and Emma McBeath. Alan was a veteran of the Second World War serving with the British Navy. He worked with the Canadian National Railway for many years. He was a member of the Lawn Bowling Club and enjoyed Curling, Reading and gardening.
Beloved husband of Josephine (McCreadie) McBeath whom he married on August 20, 1953. Loving father of Pauline (Dean) Hess. Dear father-in-law of Carol McBeath. Cherished grandfather of Dana McBeath, Margaret McBeath (Joseph). Great grandfather of Oliver, Violet, Lily and Reed.

Garry Clarence Illman, age 65, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on September 16, 2011. Garry was born in Stratford, son of the late Harold and Mary Illman. He is the beloved husband and best friend of Sharon (Nelson). Loving father of Trevor Illman (Sarah), Stacey Brice (Josh). The light of his life was his granchildren, Brody, Sydney and Travis. Dear brother of Harold (Linda), Edwin (Darlene), Caroline Kistner (Ken), Milton (Deb), Fred, Walter (Pat) and Sherry Illman. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Richard Horace Woodhouse, passed away Monday September 19th, 2011 after a brave battle with cancer. Born in Watford, England, on May 19th, 1944 the son of the late Dorothy Hilda Woodhouse and Horace Albert Woodhouse. Survived by his wife Pidge (Dorothy) and his son Rick Woodhouse and daughter Deb Hagarty and husband John. World’s Greatest Grandpa of Matthew, Emily and Abigail. Not to be forgotten by his furry friend Cody. Dear brother of Tom Woodhouse and wife Judy, Steve Woodhouse and wife Denise and Sheila Billings and friend Jeff. Brother-in-law of Shirley Pautler and husband Roy, Barry Billings and wife Tammy, Fay Forman, Joyce Court, Kim Miller and husband Bob, John Billings and Donna, Ben Billings and several nieces and nephews and their families. Richard was a dedicated employee at Dominion Chain until its closure and worked for Perth Precision in the recent years. Relatives and friends will be received at the W.G. Donald Trotter
Donald Stanley Trotter, age 61, of Stratford died at the Stratford General Hospital on Monday September 19, 2011. Born in Stratford, on November 21, 1949 a son of Kay (Kotyk) Trotter and the late Donald Trotter. He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Ann Sebben whom he married on December 29th 1978. Don was a maintenance man at the Arden Park Hotel. He was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed all sports and had coached and umpired in the Stratford Minor Girls Softball and coached in the YBC Bowling League. Don was a member of Men’s Major and Bearded Bowlers. He enjoyed Mopar Car Racing at Grand Bend and was a fan of the Stratford Cullitons. Most of all Don loved spending time with his grandchildren. Loving father of Sheryl Trotter, Stratford, Rosanne Holmes and husband Matthew, Guelph, Betty Cleveland and husband Justin, Stratford and Steve Trotter, Stratford. Cherished Papa of Bradley, Katie, Alena, Dylan; Cuddles; Coby; Gabi and Nate all of Stratford. Dear brother of Danny Trotter and wife Cathy, Stratford, and Dennis Trotter and wife Marianne, Stratford. Also survived by brothers-in-law Allan Sebben, Stratford, Stanley Sebben and Julie Stratford and sisters-in-law Dorothy Caswell and husband Barry, Killarney Manitoba and Joan Sebben, Kingston. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his father he was predeceased by his brother Dale and father and mother-in-law John and Florence Sebben.

Phyllis Munro
Phyllis Lenore Munro (nee Brine) of Greenwood Court Retirement Home, Stratford, passed away Sunday September 18, 2011 after a short illness. Born May 30, 1926 in St. Marys, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Barbara Brine In 1950 she married Elmer "Al" Munro who died October 7, 2002. For 50 years they owned a jewellery store in Norwich, Ontario. She is survived by son Ross (Cecile) Munro, granddaughter Jen (Shawn) Davies, great granddaughters Ellie and Ashley Davies of Stratford, and daughter Karen Munro-Caple of Ottawa. Survived by her sister Marguerite Crosthwaite and sister-in-law Annetta Munro. Phyllis will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Besides her parents, Phyllis was predeceased by daughter Carol Munro, brother George Brine, sister Thelma Williams, step-mother Jean Brine, sister-in-law Catherine (Don) Frasier and brothers-in-law Jack Crosthwaite and Bruce Munro. A special thank you to all the staff at Greenwood Court Retirement Home for their compassionate and professional care. As per Phyllis's wishes, cremation has already taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Bill Collier
CpoWilliam "Bill" R. Collier in his 68th year slipped away at home on September 21, 2011 with his wife of 44 years, Marty J. Collier (Evans) at his side. Bill leaves behind 3 sons and their families.; Robert Scott Collier (Laura) and their daughters Alannah and Amy; David William Collier (Sandra) and their children Natalie and Victoria Collier, Matthew and Ryan Robbins; Sean Adam Collier and his daughters Lyndsey, Sabrina, Amelia and step children Teia Jantzi and Ben Gasper. Bill was predeceased by his beloved parents Bramwell and Mary (Low) Collier Fuller and sisters Margaret Ann (infant) and Elizabeth Pearson, St. Marys. Surviving are sisters Mary Louise Justason and her husband Donald who was more a brother and a great friend; W.Jean Collier.Considered a fifth sister Barbara Blackburn (Collier) and husband Richard. Also surviving, a person truly loved and cared for, mother-in-law, Jean Evans (Holmes) and predeceased by Albert H. Evans, a man Bill well respected. Bill will be missed by his in-laws J. Gail (Evans) and William McDonald, Lauren (Evans) and Don Story, Karen (Evans) and Larry Beitz. There are numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces. Bill was also blessed with many relatives in Canada, England and the USA as well as many friends. Bill retired from the Canadian National Railway after 35 years service and later worked for the Goderich Exeter Railway. An antique car enthusiast, he was a member of the Old Gyser's Car Club and devoted many years to the South London Baseball Association. Cremation will take place.
