George was the beloved husband of the late Louise Jeffs (1997); loving father of Lynda Ellis (Nick) and Lesley LeDrew (Don); adoring grandfather of Lynda Louise Ellis. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Kay, Viola, Lillian, Jim and Clive. George will be sadly missed by relatives, friends and the Swanson family. King, in his 75th year, was the beloved husband of 54 years of Rose (Boizon) King of Guelph. He was the loving father of Valerie King and her husband Murray Harrop of Burlington and Michael King and his wife Jeannette of Guelph. Harold was the proud grandfather of Melissa Prior and her partner Tracey Montin of Guelph, Kristy Prior of Kitchener, Briana Reid, Beau Strickland, and Chysa Strickland all of Guelph and of five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his two brothers, William and Richard King. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Gay King of Guelph. Survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and by many nieces and nephews.
