FINORO, Marisa (nee Caravaggio) - Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Friday, May 8, 2009, at the age of 65. Beloved wife for 48 years of Enrico. Adored mother of Lucy and her husband Frank Mattucci, Mike and his wife Lina, and Carlo and his wife Amanda. Loving Ninni of John, Andrew, Alessandro, Molisia, Giordano, Davina, Mykayla, and Victoria. Dear sister of Domenico and his wife Anne, Lina and her husband Tomaso Veri, Gisetta and her husband Nino Francolini and the late Ferdinando and Renato. Sister-in-law of Gabriella and Elena Caravaggio, Arturo and his wife Natalina Finoro, Eraldo and his wife Maria Finoro, Erita and her husband Gabrielle Perfetti, Amalia Finoro, and the late Ernesto. Daughter of the late Ciro and Teresa Caravaggio and daughter-in-law of the late Alfredo and Lucia Finoro. Marisa will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends.

She was the loving mother of Mary O'Brien and her husband John of Oakville and Steve Fodor and his wife Lisa of Guelph. Elizabeth was the loved Mama of Jennifer and Andrew O'Brien and Ashley and Bradley Fodor. She will be missed by her sister Mary Szakmari and by many relatives in Hungary. FREY, Helen (Yarmey) - passed away peacefully, at the Caressant Care Nursing Home, Fergus, on Monday, August 13, 2007. Helen (Keller) (Yarmey) Frey, in her 95th year, was the beloved wife of the late William Yarmey (1966) and the late Ernest Frey (1996). She was the loving mother of Dan Yarmey and his wife Judy of Guelph. Helen was the proud grandmother of Craig and his wife Elvira of Guelph, Linda Yarmey and her partner Omar Marin of Cloverdale, B.C. and Meagan of Toronto and great-grandmother of Victoria and Eric Yarmey and Mattias Marin. She is survived by her brother, Harry Keller and his wife Mary and by her sister, Gloria and her husband Douglas Garner. Helen is survived also by many nieces and nephews. GRANT, Ellen Grace (nee Hamilton) -- of Guelph, passed away, in her 78th year, at the Freeport Health Centre, Kitchener, on Friday November 25, 2005, with her family at her side. Ellen was the beloved wife of the late William Gordon Grant (1978), and the beloved daughter of the late Ted and Ruth (nee McCorquodale) Hamilton. She was the loved mother of Margaret (Bill), Edward (Kathie), Scott (Beth), William (Sandra), Patricia (Doug), and Christopher (Anna). Ellen was the loving grandmother of Tim, Naomi, Heather, Kayla, Colin, Jeremy, Andrew, Michelle, Christine, Casey, Nicole, Kelli, Ryan, Shana, Nick, and Erica, and the great-grandmother of Addison. She is survived by her dear sisters Ann Sims, Jean McDonald, Ida Merkley, Janet Kenny, and by her dear brother Ken Hamilton. Ellen was predeceased by a brother, Jim Hamilton.

At Guelph General Hospital on Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, in my 62nd year!! "BLOODY H#LL!! P--- me off Folks!! I've finally checked out with destination unknown?! This follows 13+ years of numerous tedious long battles with non Hodgkins Lymphomia. I lost the war but with great help and support battled well. I will dearly miss 'TROUPER JEAN', my loving partner, best friend and a loyal battle scared ally. Thanks love! You kept me going Trouper! Very sadly, I leave loving daughter, Lisa; son-in-law, Mike Spadafore and delightful grandson, Mason. Also loving daughter, Erin and son-in-law, Derek Frook. We all have many fun memories to remember and enjoy. One of my many wishes for you all is to focus on those fun family times and duplicate them in your own way in the decades to follow.Thanks Joan for those two wonderful daughters. Surviving me in New Zealand are: Bruce and Eila McKinlay; my parents; sisters, Kay Claughton, Carole and Brian Winter; brother, Robert and many extended family members.
