June 9, 1923 - November 11, 1999

Funeral arrangements by L G Wallace Funeral Home

Suddenly after a breif illness, on November 11, 1999, at the Henderson Hospital, Ilija, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Nada for over 53 years. Loving father of Vera Dobrich (Mirko), Nada Kosic and Mirjana Milosevic (Milan). Special Deda of Tomislav and his wife Mimi, Momcilo and his wife Sandra, Mladen, Stefan and Natalija. Pra-Deda to Nikolina. Will be missed by Kumovi and many friends.

Friends are invited to call at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa St. North (544-1147), on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Pomen Service will be held at 7:30pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 15, 1999 at 11am at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Catherdral (Nash Road) with the Very Reverend Fathers Stevo Stojsavljevich and Lazar Vukojev officiating. Interment will follow at Mountainview Gardens, Stoney Creek. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Kidney foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Slavica (Sylvia) Dukanovic-Panic
November 3, 1967 - December 15, 1999

After a lengthy illness with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 at McMaster Medical Centre, Slavica at the age of 32. Beloved wife of Miroslav. Loving mother of Miloje- Marko. Dear daughter of Stevo and Dragica Panic. Much loved daughter-in-law of Andjelko and Mara Dukanovic. Slavica will be sadly missed by many family and friends in Canada and abroad.

Visitation at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa St. North (544-1147) on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Pomens at 8pm on Saturday and 7:30pm on Sunday. Funeral Service on Monday from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (Nash Road) at 11am with the Very Reverend Fathers Lazar Vukojev and Stevo Stojsavljevich officiating. Interment Holy Transfiguration. Donations may be made to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral.

Sarah Sheppard
September 11, 1905 - November 19, 1999

passed away peacefully on November 19, 1999 at Grace Villa Nursing Home in her 95th year. Sarah, predeceased by her first husband Harry Peart and her second husband Albert Sheppard.

She is lovingly remembered by her son A. H. Bud Peart and his wife Joyce. She will be missed by her grandchildren Colleen, Gregory, Susan, Mark, Judy-Anne and April. As well as her 12 great-grandchildren. Sarah is predeceased by her daughter Gail White.

Friends are invited to call at the L. G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME 151 Ottawa Street North on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral

Services will be complete in the chapel at 2 p.m. on Tuesday November 23, 1999 with the Reverend Gordon Fish officiating.

Mara Vukelich
February 8, 1916 - March 5, 2000

Peacefully with her family by her side at St. Joseph's Hospital, on Sunday March 5, 2000, Mara passed away at the age of 84. Beloved wife of 65 years of the Very Reverend George Vukelich.

Loving mother of Radoslava(Cica) Cemovich of Chicago and Neboisha(Bob) of Hamilton. Dear grandmother of Ljubomir and wife Milica Cemovich, Nada and husband Avery Stirratt and Sonia Vukelich and great-grandmother of Danica, Predrag and George Cemovich. Survived by her brother Milan and wife Jenny Maravich of Hamilton, Rade, Dusan and Mira of Yugoslavia, Desa of Australia and Ranko of Denmark. Mara will be sadly missed by many family and friends in Canada and abroad.

Family will receive relatives and friends at the L.G.WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North(544-1147) on Monday from 2-9 p.m. Pomen at 7:30p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovich officiating. Interment Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, Grayslake, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church would be appreciated by the family.

Blagoja Stosic
February 14, 1921 - December 10, 1999

Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital on Friday, December 10, 1999 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Hilda, father of Yugoslav and his wife Ava. Peter and his wife Janis, Nenad and Kosa. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Vida Trajkovic and by all of his grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Blagoja is also survived by two sisters and many other relatives in Yugoslavia.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 13, 1999 at 11am at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church (Barton Street) with the very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovic officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hamilton cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the L.G. WALLACE Funeral Home (544-1147).

Hannah Berryman (Wood)
September 5, 1906 - November 18, 1999

Passed on to the next stage on her journey in God, early on Thursday, November 18, 1999. Hannah and her beloved husband Dick celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary two weeks before his death in September 1998. Now, once more they are together, united forever in their love and God's.

Hannah is grievously missed by her son Archdeacon Richard and her daughter-in-law Christine Berryman. She was cherished "Gram" to Anne and Dave; Mary; Susan and Teddy and the Reverend Stephen and Mary; and "Nanny" to Katie, Rachel, Christie and Jennifer. Hannah is also lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Ada Wood and all her family. She was loved and delighted in, by them and many others, as a feisty, classy lady who touched them deeply, sang them songs and made them laugh.

Hannah and Dick were married in and members of the Church of St. James the Apostle, Hamilton. Later they were members of St. Michael and All Angels, Hamilton, and their final years St. George's, Goderich.

The family will greet friends at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa St. North Hamilton, Ontario (544-1147), on Friday evening from 7-9pm. A Memorial Eucharist will be celebrated for Hannah at the Church of St. James the Apostle (Barton and Ottawa Sts.) in Hamilton on Saturday, November 20th at 11am. A Reception will follow in the Parish Hall. Burial will be at the Maitland cemetery in Goderich on Tuesday at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Memorial Fund of St. James the Apostle would be appreciated.

January 15, 1923 - March 9, 2000

Suddenly at home on Thursday, March 9, 2000, Olga, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Milan. Loving mother of Milan and his wife Barbara of Stoney Creek, and Barbara Skakich of Niagara Falls. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Jessica. Dear sister of Mary McBride and William Roscoe. Predeceased by her sisters, Annie and Stella and brothers,Miko and Johnny.

Olga will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Branko Skakich and many family and friends.

Visitation will be held at L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (544-1147) on Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church (1415 Barton Street East) on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovic officiating. Interment Woodland cemetery. Donations to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church would be appreciated by the family.

Bosko Sobot
September 11, 1933 - June 14, 2000

After a courageous battle with leukemia at McMaster University Medical Centre on Wednesday, June 14, 2000, in his 67th year.

Beloved husband and best friend of 45 years to Kova. Dear father of Vladimir and wife Dragica, Chedo and wife Senka. Proud Deda of Kristen, Marko, Michael, Aleksandar, Stevan and Jordan.

Brother of Bosa Grubor and her family of Hamilton, Rade Sobot, Kova Adamovic and their families of Yugoslavia. Bosko is also survived by sister-in-law Dusanka Sobot of Hamilton and many other family, Kumovi and friends in Canada, United States and Yugoslavia.

Visitation at L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Pomen Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (Nash Road) on Friday at 1:00 p.m. with the Very Reverend Fathers Lazar Vukojev and Stevo Stojsavljevich officiating, Interment Woodland cemetery.

If desired donations to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral or McMaster University Medical Centre (Blood Disorder Unit) would be appreciated by the family. The family wishes to thank and acknowledge the wonderful care given to Bosko by Dr. Leber and all the staff at Unit 3Z at McMaster University Medical Centre.
