94 years, on February 1, 2002 at Metropolitan Hospital. Formerly of Riverside. Beloved husband of 60 years of the late Adele (nee Bellaire) (1999). Loving father of Betty Santa and husband Cliff, of Duluth, Minn.; Margaret Knapp and husband Bill, of Anderdon Twp.; Mike Paré and wife Margret, Chris Paré and wife Teresa, all of Windsor; and the late Martin (1962). Dearest “Pépé” of Deborah, Peter, Lisa, Shane, Marcel, Carmen and Joshua. “Great-Pépé” of Callum, Jessica, Alex, Tony and MacKenzie. Dear brother of Alma Bellaire and husband the late Lawrence, Norman and wife Mary, Irene Martland and husband Jack, and the late Edna, Mildred Paré and Clarence Paré. Dear brother-in-law of Vicki Paré. Al was a 47 year employee of CN Rail, a Member of the Dean Wagner Assembly Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus, a Member of the Bishop John T. Kidd Council 4924 (Riverside), the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and was a long time active member of the St Rose de Lima Church.

Visiting Tuesday, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Third and Fourth Degree K. of C. prayers Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. Parish Prayers Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and St. Vincent de Paul prayers at 8:00 p.m. The funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 7th at 10:45 a.m. from The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (735-2830) to the St. Rose de Lima Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Heavenly Rest cemetery. In kindness, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or to the Alzheimer’s Society.

A tree will be planted in memory of Alphonse Paré in the Janisse, Marcotte, Melady Sutton Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 29, 2002. All are welcome.

Rosalia Hernandez (nee Tagle)
December 11, 1946 - February 25, 2000

53 years on Friday, February 25, 2000 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus. Formerly of Cavite, Philippines. Beloved wife and best friend of 26 years to Hermie. Loving mother of Diane, Heidi, and Genie at home and the late Wendy (1984). Daughter of the late Tiburcid and Genoveva Tagle. Dear daughter-in-law of Jorge and Anastacia Hernandez of the Philippines. Dear youngest sister of: Concepcion Tagle, Encarnacion Saporsantos, Napolean and Mary Tagle, Emelita Tagle, Abelardo and Gloria Tagle, Elpidi and Fely Tagle, Lucita Tagle and Leticia Bendico. Dear aunt of Jocelyn Saporsantos and special friend to Thelma Maravilla and Marge Sayres.

Sally was a registered nurse and retired from Detroit Receiving Hospital and was a director of Foods International, a member of the Catholic Women’s League, a Sultana with the Order of the Alhambra, Order of the Knights and Ladies of Rizal, Banal Na Pagaaral and the Blue Army.

Visiting on Sunday, February 27, 2000 from 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. and Monday, February 28, 2000 from 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. The Order of the Alhambra prayer service on Sunday at 7:30 P.M. Lions will meet Monday at 7 P.M. Knights and Ladies of Rizal service on Monday at 7 P.M. Parish prayers and C.W.L. prayers Monday at 8 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 29, 2000 at 10 A.M. from the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh to St. Anne Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. Interment at St. Anne cemetery.

Edna Marie Riberdy
August 25, 1912 - November 22, 2000

Suddenly on November 22nd, 2000 in her 89th year.

Late of Chateau Park Nursing Home and formerly of Emeryville. Beloved wife of the late Bernard (1988).

Loving mother of Art and Betty (Fryer); Leonard and Alice Firr; Verna and the late John Adamache; Doris and Norm Hillier; Janet and Richard Sears; Ron and Elaine (Shechan); Diane Little and Glen Williams. Daughter of the late Frank and Valerie (nee Tetreault). Dear grandmother to 38 grandchildren, 56 great- grandchildren and two great great- grandchildren.

Dear sister of the late Edas, William, Lawrence, Harvey, and Freda King and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Edna enjoyed singing and playing several musical instruments.

Visiting continues on Friday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd. Tecumseh (735-2830). Prayers Friday at 8 p.m. Visiting also on Saturday November 25th, after 10:30 a.m., at the St. Williams Church, Emeryville until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Father Ray Masse will be the Celebrant. Interment at the Church cemetery.

Beloved wife of the late Leonard Charles Ranson Brown. Dearly loved mother of the late Janice Nye and surviving husband Gary; John and wife Kaye; Frank and wife Anne; David and wife Jennifer; Mark and wife Mary-Anne.

Sadly missed by grandchildren Richard, Peter, John, Michael, Tarah, Cassy, Jacob, Sarah, Mary, Benjamin, Rebekah, Hanhah, Joseph, Catherine and Margaret. Dear sister of John and Irene Martland, Jackie and Geoff Ellerton. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews David, Sandra, Kevin, Diana, Mathew and Louise. Also missed by foster son, Earl Graham and family.

Previously employed by the Children’s Aid Society of Windsor and Essex County in the position of Supervisor of Group Home Facilities and member of the I.O.D.E., Major John Richardson Windsor Chapter.

Beloved husband of Claire (Cecile). Loving father of Blaise Campeau & wife Ann of Tecumseh; Fr. Gerry Campeau of St. Peter's Parish, Parry Sound; and the late Jeannine Decaire and father-in-law of Louis and Marie Decaire and the late Jannine Campeau (nee Parent). Son of the late Mose and Malvina (Morin).

Dear pepe of Paula & Ed Lauzon; Michael & Christine Decaire; Denise & Doug Metler; Mariette Decaire; Danielle Tourangeau; Stephen Decaire; Celeste Campeau & husband Darin Schiller; Renee Campeau; Khrista Campeau & husband Terry Deamer; Jayson & Arlette Campeau.

Great grandfather of Alaina, Joshua, Jordon, Samantha, Jonathan, Danielle, Melissa, Gabrielle, Dominique, Christian, Annalise, Jamie, Julie, Ashley, Sarah, Jacob and Benjamin. Dear brother of Albert & wife Mary; Andy & Helen; Shirley Archibald; the late Roger and Gerald. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Bill was retired from the London Life Insurance Company, was a veteran of WWII, and a member of the Col. Paul Poisson Br. 261 Royal Canadian Legion.

Visiting Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-9 p.m. Legion Service Friday at 7 p.m. and Prayers at 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 3 at 10:30a.m. from the Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (735-2830) to St. Anne Church for a Mass of "New Life" at 11 a.m. Celebrated by their son, Fr. Beloved wife of the late Sylvio (1947). Loving mother of Robert “Bob” and wife Jeanette; Don and wife Ruth Ann; Sylvio and wife Rachel of Lighthouse Cove; and Angela Lesperance (Baron) (1990).

Dear meme to 14 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Margaret Cooney of Tecumseh, and the late Sam Goyeau, Pauline Goyeau, Charles Goyeau. Louise MacDonald, Anna Robillard. Lorretta Hupka, Raymond Goyeau, Daniel Goyeau, Cecile Lesperance, Emily Pawluk and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Marie was retired from Canada Post after more than 20 years of service and was a former member of the Catholic Women’s League.

Visiting Monday 7-9 p.m., Tuesday 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish and C.W.L. Prayers Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday March 21st at 9:30 a.m. from the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd. Loving mother of Catherine Bancroft of Windsor; Colleen Levenick, of Toronto; Marjorie Cann and husband Geoffrey, of Calgary; Christine Levenick and Carl Reznik, of Ottawa. Dear daughter of Loretta Langlois and the late Norman Langlois. Dear grandma of Charles and Raina; Bridget and Ryan; Jessica, Michael and William. Dear sister of Norm and Betty Langlois; Wayne and Margaret Langlois. Dear sister-in-law of Blake and Donna Levenick and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Delores was a Chrysler retiree after 28 years of service and will be missed by her many friends at Chrysler who knew her as a spirited and generous person.

Dear pépé of Melody Anne Madden, Mark Fields, Michelle Fields, Malcolm Fields, Roxanne Fielding, Lori Gidillini, Janice Ouellette, Pamela Amaral and step-granddaughter Penny St. Louis. Great grandfather to seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Edna Labadie of Thamesville and the late Kenneth, Bernard, Blanche Robinet, Earl, Merle, Marie, Lloyd, Louis, Edward and Leo and survived by many nieces and nephews. Dear brother-in-law of Ernie Ouellette and the late Phil Soulliere.

Dear "papa" of nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Cam and Jean Dougan of Mississauga.

Bill was a longtime employee of Bendix Automotive and had retired from Greenshield.
