On Monday July 16th, 2001, Clara Carriere at her residence in her 71st year. Loving mother of Marie and her husband Gary Brown, Jack and his wife Judy Contin and predeceased by Paul Contin (1991). Cherished grandmother of Marie, Christina, Sherri-Lynn, Joseph and Kaitlyn. Clara will also be sadly missed by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel (1997 Dundas Street, London ) on Thursday, July 19th, 2001 from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at First Christian Reformed Church (507 Talbot St., London) on Friday July 20th, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. An interment will follow at Mount Pleasant cemetery (375 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Toronto) on Friday, July 20th, 2001 at 2:00 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Christian Children’s Foundation.
Stanley James (Jim) Carson

Suddenly, at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday March 17th, 2001 at the age of 63 years.
Beloved husband and friend of Margaret (nee Wilson) for 45 years. Supportive and loving father of Carl and Shua, Bruce and his wife Colleen, Dale and his wife Paula, Chris and Susan O’Reilly and her husband Mike.
Cherished grandfather of Patricia Carson, Jeff and Ted Carson, Barry and Jeremy Graham, Jamie, Cory and Amanda Carson, Rebecca and Sean Hartman, Darryl and Stacy O’Reilly and great-granddaughter, Faith Carson. Predeceased by grandchildren Christina and Andrew.
Jim retired as a Warrant Officer after serving 31 and a half proud years in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Friends will be received at Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street South (at Westmount Road) (519-743-8900), Kitchener, Ontario Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, March 20th, 2001 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
In Jim’s memory, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

It is with the deepest sadness that, I, Kathleen, announce the passing of my dear husband, Guy, who died peacefully at his home on April 11, 2002, in his 75th year. Guy was much loved and will be missed by his children, David, (Janine), Karen Lilley (Cliff), Stephen (Clara), Robert (Kerry), Paul (Kathi), Cathleen Beattie (Pual), and his grandchildren Christine, Alicia, Sara, Lindsey, Andrew, Matthew, Rylie, Kailyse, Angelina, Amelia, Elizabeth and the late Stephen. Much loved brother of Elda (and the late Celso Boccalon), Sylvia (Alec Foster), Nellie, and brother-in-law of Mildred and Len Johnson and Audrey and John Fink. Loved by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
An avid outdoorsman, Guy enjoyed traveling. Camping with his family and fishing with the boys. Retired after many years with Stelco, Guy pursued his passions with woodworking and winemaking. Guy was a long standing member of the Venetian Club.
Family and friends may call at the FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church on Monday, April 15th at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre cemetery. Suddenly and Peacefully on Saturday January 1, 2000, Maria Dos Anjos Cassiano (nee Costa) of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in her 73 year. Beloved wife of Jacinto Cassiano. Loving mother of Mary Pedersen and Manuel Cassiano both of Hamilton, John Cassiano & Pegeen Stopford of Kingston, Fred Cassiano & Salome Bukateci and Bob Cassiano and his wife Alison all of Hamilton. Maria was born in Furnas, Sao Miguel, Acores, Portugal on September 20, 1927. Daughter of the late Manuel & Belmina Costa. She married Jacinto on July 9, 1950 in Portugal and immigrated to Canada with two of her five children in November 1958 where she and her husband remained and raised their family.
Mrs. Cassiano is at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home ROBINSON CHAPEL, King St. at Wellington, Hamilton where the family will receive friends on Wednesday January 5 from 11 am until time of service in the Chapel at 12 o'clock noon. Cremation. Interment to follow at Bayview cemetery , Burlington. If so desired, Rememberances to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.

On Sunday October 28, 2001 with her family by her side at the Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital, Windsor. Daughter of the late James and Marion Findlay. Beloved wife of Maurice. Loving mother of Fiona Cimolino of Windsor. She is predeceased by her sisters Janice Vouk and Mary McNeillie. Sister-in-law of Frank Vouk of Chatham. Dear aunt of Ian and Derek Vouk and cousins Thom Maxwell and Jason Maxwell all of Chatham. Also survived by many friends and family in Canada, Scotland, USA, Italy, France and Australia.
Mrs. Cimolino was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Chatham and was the Executive Director of the Sandwich Community Health Centre in Windsor.
In keeping with Mrs. Cimolino’s wishes, there was no funeral home visitation. A memorial service will be held in Windsor at a later date. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to the Alexander Funeral Home 245 Wellington Street West, Chatham, (519-352-2710). Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Chatham Women’s Centre, the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Sandwich Community Health Centre.
